Foi péssimo, atendimento no check in mulher da recepção grossa, mau educada, não tinha luz para andar a noite dos quartos para recepção ou p/ ir para a praia, tinha que ligar a lanterna do celular para não cair nas pontes que passam em cima de um mangue fedido pq não tem proteção nas laterais, praia suja não tem como entrar, piscina funcionava só depois das 10:00 e fechava as 20:00, e não tinha luz também tdo escuro. Nada a favor do hospede, todos os benefícios só para o hotel. Nunca mais volto e também não indico. Se está atrás de conforto, comer bem não caiam nessa pq só arrependimento e dinheiro jogado fora. Tudo muito caro, 0 de conforto, 0 no atendimento ao hospede, 0 na limpeza.

Very nice hotel by concha beach close to city center and beaches by walking f’distance

This is probably one of the best hotels in Itacare. My suite was spacious and comfortable - the bed and pillows especially.
Breakfast options are limited but still good for vegetarians (and abundant for meat/fish eaters).
The beach access is very convenient, albeit the allocated beach space isn't that big. In high season it could feel cramped.
Overall great, EXCEPT that I didnt have hot water in my room for the first two days of my stay despite reporting this to the reception desk a number of times. Perhaps something fell down in translation but I thought they promised to send someone to fix it each time I spoke to them only for no action/repair to be taken. Eventually the repair man came back to my room directly with me on my last reception visit. The issue was fixed in less than 10 minutes which made it all the more frustrating that it hadnt been fixed sooner

Our stay was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! We actually booked two stays over the course of several weeks during our stay in Brazil. Everything from the food, customer service, and friendly people of Itacare was wonderful!!!! We will definitely return.

Hotel excelente, atendimento nota dez, localização maravilhosa em meio à natureza. Café da manhã gostosíssimo com muitas opções. Piscina ótima, com destaque para o bar molhado que serve drinks maravilhosos. Super indico!

Localização excelente! O fato de ter acesso a praia é um diferencial, instalações dos quartos novas, atendimento e comida muito bom! Ótimo para crianças, por ter muito espaço. Apenas os travesseiros podiam ser um pouco melhores, na minha opinião, ainda assim, voltaria com certeza

Atendeu as expectativas. Percebi uma particularidade não só do hotel, mas na cidade toda, os garçons trabalham com cara fechada, não são de muita conversa.
