老板跟櫃臺人員都非常親切熱情，遇到旅遊相關的問題，他們都會耐心幫忙解答。如果再讓我來到伊斯坦堡旅遊，我還是會選擇這家旅店。 謝謝最後一天我要到機場，協助我的前臺帥哥，還有不認識的土耳其司機大哥。

前台小哥很熱心，有啥不懂的可以問他，還幫我聯繫旅行社。房間衞生乾淨，除了不配備一次性牙膏牙刷，其他的都有。

看到這個酒店很多好評於是選擇了這個酒店。慶幸自己做出了這個選擇.。酒店地理位置非常方便，大海邊、藍色清真寺，大巴扎等核心景點都在步行五分鐘內，酒店出來就有各種飯店和地方特產店，價格都不比大巴扎貴。酒店精緻乾淨，雖小巧但居住空間足夠，功能齊全，冰箱、保險櫃、暖氣、空調等應有盡有。衹是沒有一次性牙具，環保起見，建議自備。前台服務人員非常紳士友好，總給予及時的幫助。幫忙免費複印了多份急需的資料，幫忙預訂的去領事館的租車費用比各種渠道打聽的價格都便宜很多，增加一晚入住的費用比網上預訂的還要便宜。下次來還選擇這裏入住。

房間比較精緻，打掃也很用心，工作人員很熱情，就是臨街有些吵，周邊屬於遊客區吃飯定價不合理，去景區和博物館很方便，另外由於自己訂錯了入住時間，攜程和店家溝通很好的解決了我的問題，非常感謝.

The hotel is clean and very well located -- it's a quick walk to the major sights. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. He recommended a good restaurant nearby, which we really appreciated and enjoyed. The room was quite compact, which is fine if you are out sightseeing all day -- it's updated and pleasant. It was a fine, clean, convenient choice for a night's stay.

Tucked Away in a Quiet Cul-de-Sac This little hotel is nestled within the Sultanahmet area just a few minutes walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Arasta Bazaar, and the Basilica Cistern. The hotel has just about every comfort and convenience the average tourist could want. The accommodation is clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable. The WiFi signal is consistently strong. Hot water is instantly available for relaxing showers. Laundry service is available for a small charge. And, airport transportation is also available (at extra cost). The breakfasts - provided in the sister hotel two doors away - are excellent and carefully overseen by ever-smiling Sevda. Without a doubt, however, the jewel in the crown at this hotel is its morning receptionist, Melih K. - a real ‘people person’. I’ve been travelling almost non-stop for the past 15 years. Consequently, I’ve interacted with all kinds of receptionists. With only a few exceptions, most have been saccharine; indifferent; arrogant; angry; brittle; or outright inept. But … not the receptionists at the Lynda, particularly Melih K. who is probably one of the hotel’s greatest assets! His directions on how to get from A to B are about as simple and straight forward as they get. Almost puts the Google map setup to shame with the simplicity. Then … crystal clear instructions on using the Istanbul public transit system, complete with the benefits of having an Istabulkart, which he was instrumental in helping me acquire. Really knowledgable about his own city - a true Istanbulite if ever there was one. As I was mulling over which Istanbul neighbourhoods to explore this time round, Melih suggested Balat. I’d never even heard of the place, but he enthusiastically described it and patiently outlined how to get there. Now, after several trips out to that vibrant colourful area of the city, it’s become one of my favourite areas in Istanbul. And, as I was pondering where, in the area, I could find a copy shop so as to get a printout of my flight booking, Melih suggested that he could print it out right at the front desk. That saved me a huge amount of time and effort! For an extended stay, such as mine, I couldn’t have asked for a better place. The entire hotel team was exemplary, from receptionists to housekeeping gals to kitchen assistants. However, Melih K. tops the list: friendly without being familiar; confident without being arrogant; persuasive without being overbearing; and knowledgable without being condescending. Next trip back to Istanbul: first destination will be the Lynda Hotel!

Very clean, excellent location and the staff are fantastic, they go over and beyond to accommodate any requests. We stayed at this hotel for a week, it was a great experience. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the Sultanahmet area

Small and cozy hotel for very reasonable price with excellent service, communication, help and attention. All staff at the reception is very attentive , thanks for our nice stay overnight during our layover and for recommendations for restaurants. Special thanks to Melih for professional communication, transfer fm airport and arrangements for a birthday for one of our kids.
