Amazing stay, the room was really comfortable and pretty, we had a nice time there. And the staff is very helpful and welcoming!

Excellent for people visiting Istanbul as you do not need to stay at the Hotel for long time clean and 2 min from Taksim Street if you do have issues with the stairs please note its not your hotel as they do not have elevator rooms big and clean

Good service.great location. Bathroom was in the middle of the room with no door to seperate.very strange.

We just hate this hotel. Regretting that we booked it and had to stay there few nights! If you are coming to Istanbul and staying in this hotel, then just cancel your trip, save more money and come back later and go to a good hotel. Don’t go on the pictures as I did. The ceilings are of styrofoam. There is this weird smell in all the rooms. They transferred us in a bigger room which we originally paid for after 1 night, and that was equally terrible.

A nice boutique hotel in an excellent location. It bothered us a lot that there was no elevator in the hotel and we had to climb 3 floors on foot every day on narrow stairs (we are old people). The breakfast is not located at the hotel but a few hundred meters from it. The shower is not closed and it is in the center of the room covered with a curtain - less pleasant.

Location is perfect in the centre. Breakfast is not in hotel, you must go out to centre street to other restorant, but is very weak, child was hungry. Room is very small. Disappeared as a personal item after room cleaning.

Was snowed-in at Istanbul airport and had to find a room back in the city. The hotel i’d been staying in organised this for the night. I was pleasantly surprised. Manager waited til after 1am for me to arrive, the room was clean and quiet (though the city was shut down because of the snow storm), and it was perfectly located, 1 minute from istiklal cadessi. Would happily stay again.

What a nice experience ! We couldn't have hoped for better. The brothers handling the place welcomed us warmly and have been very useful to us throughout our stay. Clean and very enjoyable room, excellent location that makes visiting Istanbul a breeze. I know where to stay when I'll come back to Istanbul. 10/10, A+.

Taksim Yazici Residence is very close to the Taksim Square. The manager or the owner who introduced himself as Mert was very kind and helpful to accommodate our 6-person party. The rooms are nice and clean, the area is very safe, there are a few restaurants around. I highly recommend this place.
