넓은 객실과 바다 전망에 가성비가 좋아 선택했는데 가격이 싼 이유가 있었습니다.
리셉션에 들어선 순간 이 곳이 호텔인지 의심이 될 정도로 가구나 시설물들이 널려있고 담배냄새가 숨이 막힐정도로 심했는데 객실까지 온통 담배냄새가 쩔어있어 빨리 탈출하고싶은 심정이었습니다.객실안 가구나 시설들이 관리가 안 되어 망가진 그대로라 충격이 컸습니다. 투숙객들도 보이지않고 이 건물에 우리만 있는거 같았는데 그래서인지 밤엔 조용해서 잘 잤네요.

禁煙房全是煙味，地面不平整，走路的時候衣櫃會響，衞生間燈光太暗，花灑用不了，整體太垃圾了

The service from staff is generally very poor unwelcoming and does reflect what you would expect from a premier hotel. If you are located by the pool and would like a drink you are expected to travel in the lift to the bar and get your own, despite many staff, not being busy at pool level and permanently on their phones There was fowl smell in my room which was never resolved to my satisfaction As a result I requested my money back on day one- via On The Beach complaints department as I felt uncomfortable and was getting nowhere. The hotel refused to return my funds in order I could find an alternative hotel, this was on the basis any refund on their part was discretionary. I cannot stress-strongly enough staff do not communicate and were generally unhelpful during my 10 day stay. Other residents I talked to at the time were having similar experiences and were leaving early. Avoid this unfriendly environment!

The staff is really humble and nice but the overall management of this place is not great. We were first given a room whose airconditioner did not work the whole night and it could not be fixed the next day. After raising it with the manager we got a new room. One day later he told us that someone has pre booked this room, so we were shifted the third time. The room in itself was not well maintained. There were cracks and spaces between tiles. We moved the bed (for kids) and there was a heap of dust underneath it. Also I understand that we used to leave the room by 1pm but even then after several requests, within our six days visit the room was cleaned only once. Finally in the end I asked for some compensation and was promised that our departure taxi to the airport would be arranged and paid by the hotel. Only to realise on the day (this was 4am) that it was not prearranged! The manager later messaged me that he would pay the taxi fare (€20) without any hint of apology for not arranging the taxi.

Nous avons séjourné en mai 2023 pour 4 nuitées et payés un acompte avant le séjour. L'hôtel a prélevé sur notre carte bancaire la totalité de notre séjour sans déduire l'acompte de 564 € En juillet notre banque nous informe que l'hôtel ne veut pas nous rembourser malgré toute nos demandes. Nous déconseillons cette établissement qui n'est pas honnête et aucun service hôtelier, serviettes, draps jamais changé et ménage pas fait, c'est une honte à fuir!!!!

Gece , otelde ödemeyi geçerken pos cihazı çalışmadığı için ödeme alınamadı, sabah hallederiz diye konuştuk; ancak sanki kaçacakmışım gibi gece 12 de odanın kapısına dayanıp ödeme almaya geldiler, cihaz yine çalışmadı, yine sabak hallederiz diye konuştuk, bu sefer gecenin 00:30 unda oda telefonunu aradılar, ödeme istemek için. Bu kadar sık boğaz yapmalarına gerek yoktu gerçekten çok rahatsızlık verdiler ayrıca otel çok kötü kokuyor ve çok pis , hiç fotolardaki gibi değil, her yer dökülüyor. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum.
