Be careful with these people!! I booked a room on Agoda where this property set their own discounted rates for each of their rooms, every room had a different rate set, 2 different room types, 2 prices for each, 8 set prices in all, so not a typo, not an innocent mistake, a deliberate offer!! But as soon as I booked, paid and confirmed they changed their minds and tried to make it look, as if I had requested to cancel. The problem was apparently that I booked too many days for their liking, their mistake, not mine! I contacted Agoda who kept telling me the booking was confirmed but I knew something was up, and then they finally admitted the property would not honour the booking because the receptionist had made a mistake. “Incorrect rate” was the official reason given. There was no mistake, only lies. And they are such honest people they put all the blame on a receptionist. If you think you're getting a good deal, beware and be aware you probably won’t be given a room when you arrive. If you like uncertainty, carry on. If you want bed to sleep in I suggest you go elsewhere.

I would like to review this hotel/restaurant First hotel some of the staff are very rude no proper communication skills the shower is really dangerous to use as the floor in shower is ceramic easy to have an accident and very small area , We asked for a room with 2 single bed today is 5 th day and the change didn’t happened . We were given portable single bad to use all this time . Cleaning not been don as it should be . The breakfast buffet is Very boring if you go at 9 am no milk, no soup, boiled eggs are not cooked properly very row , No spoon no fork cups are dirty the staff are very rude non on restaurant floor we had to call and knock on the door to get some Attention . Until I went personally to the reception to find out. I asked for the manager . He only apologize. Non the above got replaced ! His replay the milk container is broken we are sorry about the above . This hotel need to be checked to get it up to stranded . Never come back or advice anyone to come to use this hotel again Also only few staff that speak other language . I am very disappointed in been in this hotel . We can send more pic later on from the restaurant .
