Very good location , near shopping mall and historic places .

Good location near tram.

Нормальный отель. Окна были небольшие и выходили на коммуникации, но все равно в спальню проникал дневной свет. В другую комнату не проникал. Постельное белье было частично из хлопка, а пододеяльник был из полиэстера ( не люблю полиэстер ). Расположение неплохое, но вечером на улице было некомфортно, днем хорошо. Вай фай в первый вечер плохо работал, потом нормально.

Me quedé colgada a las 23:30 h en el apartamento reservado Ünver Galata Apart. ya que no había nadie en recepción. Tuve que buscar en un barrio inhóspito y oscuro un hotel para esa primera noche y lo reservé in situ pero al llegar a este hotel me dijeron que la reserva era para la noche siguiente. No me devolvieron el dinero ni dijeron tener habitación. En la pantalla PC ví números que parecían de habitación, en rojo pero también bastantes en verde… Me cobraron la noche y encima tuve wue buscar otro hotel…

Otel konumu mükemmel. Galata Kulesi ve Galataport yürüme mesafesinde. Ama temizlik maalesef hayal kırıklığı. Otel eski ve artık bakımsız kalmış. Öncelik temizlik ve sonrasında tadilat şart.

Stayed here in December for work. very comfortable and clean hotel. the friendly receptionist Mesut helped me check in, gave me useful tips and recommendations about Istanbul, and when I checked out, he helped me call an inexpensive taxi to the airport. I will be back in January for sure.

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Great and helpful staff , most spacious rooms and comfortable beds . Amazing location close restaurants , Galata tower and tram . I highly recommend this hotel .

The hotel is located just a feed steps far away from taksim square , port , tram etc. The room was big enough or 2 person . Staff was helpful and always ready to solve problems . Stayed there with wife for a short break. I definitely recommend it.

It was not as reviewed. The rooms were not clean .it had smoking smell. They gave me a room on the 6th floor which didn’t have elevator. Unfortunately it ruined my vacation. The ac’s were not working. The bathrooms were not clean. And the sheets were not clean too.

Great location and service! We were close to everything we wanted to see in Istanbul. We were able to walk to a lot of the places as well. Literally beside the main road and tran line BUT you do not hear the noise from the room. The only downside was that the wifi’s signal wasn’t great at times but it still worked. The room was very spacious and the couches were comfortable.

We have stayed at Galata world hotel for 10 nights , I really admire the height quality of service also the staff were amazing and very helpful with booking the transportation in and out of the airport. The location of the hotel is one of the best location in Istanbul , it’s 1 minute to the tram and 5 minutes to Galata tower also it’s walking distance to nightlife and best restaurants in Karaköy area .
