Centrally located in Sultanahmet with public transpo nearby. Also walking distance to the attractions and ferry station. The room is clean and comfortable though the bathroom smells of being newly renovated

Amazing place with so nice and humble guys on reception. Our room while reservation was Delux room with city view. But Hotal gave us Delux room with Bosphor bridge view. And you know, at night it was amazing beautiful. Woke up to the sound of seagulls and our children feeded up them ))) So nice place. And also appreciate guys, they helped us with market, posts, and with advices. Thank you Elenaz hotel for great vocation!

Отличное местоположение,рядом метро,остановки трамвая,кафе,магазины,легко добраться в любой район,хоть пешком,хоть на транспорте,брали номер с видом на Босфор,номер маленький,но всё чисто,убирают хорошо,окна и балкон,кроме того,что выходят на Босфор,выходят и на станцию метро и жд станцию,может кому то важно это и будет шумно,нам не мешало,с закрытыми окнами не слышно.Завтраки однообразные и довольно скудные,а так в целом не плохой отель.

Отличное расположение, рядом метро, трамвай, причал, достопримечательности этой части Стамбула в шаговой доступности. Персонал отзывчивый и готов помочь. Кровать удобная, завтрак неплохой. Единственное, наш номер на втором этаже был довольно небольшой. Маленькое окно выходило на крышу, и номер плохо проветривался. Но это мелочи. В целом, мы остановились бы там снова.

Расположения у отеля хорошее, есть завтраки, выбор небольшой, но наесться можно) единственный минус грязные полы в номере, хотя уборка была каждый день

Отель оставляет благоприятное впечатление! Отличное расположение отеля и добродушное отношение сотрудников располагают к приятному отдыху после городской суеты. На завтрак было все необходимое, свежее и вкусное. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

This hotel is hidden on a side street just next to the train station (no noise from the station or street in the rooms) - so easy to walk everywhere that most tourists need including Gran Bazaar, Palace, Cistern, Mosques and Spice Market/Bridge. Tram station is only a block away for further explorations like Taksim Square, Kabatis piers (for day or dinner cruises) or Istanbul Modern Art Museum. Area can be very busy - which is part of the fun, but go one or two blocks away from the main street and find lots of more local shops and restaurants. When you arrive, your taxi will probably let you off near the main street and point you around the corner - but the hotel is easy to find so don't worry. Staff is great. English is limited, but was never a problem. We had two separate rooms since we traveled with family. One was a partial view room which was very comfortable. The other was the Junior Suite with Bosphorus View which was unique. It is really a 'penthouse' - when you open the door to the room, you walk up about 10 steps to enter the room. The suite was great - but what is worth the higher room rate is the spectacular view from every window and the terrace. Suite was provided with bottled water every day and instant coffee/tea. Small refrigerator if you bring your own food items to the room. Maid service deserves special note with friendly and efficient service. Breakfast is included. The selection included cold cuts, cheese, fruits, veggies, breads and eggs. Make sure to try the local 'simit' sesame rolls - like bagels but better, especially toasted! One of the highlights of our trip was having lunch at one of the employee's father's restaurant near the spice market. It was easy and fun to explore and find the restaurant and we had one of the best (and most inexpensive) meals of our trip. With all of this said - note that this is a small, friendly, family-owned hotel - that most people would put in a 3-star category. So don't expect luxury on the cheap, but excellent value, central location and friendly service. We did have a few issues and suggestions - nothing major, but the staff was eager to resolve any issues and improve the issues. Highly recommended - will return next time in Istanbul!

Please keep in mind that this is in a super touristic and busy part of Istanbul. It’s very close to the metro and tramway which make it ideal in getting around Istanbul. The staff are super helpful and accommodating when you ask for help. Thank you for a wonderful trip!
