Endless Sultanahmet

Our room was a disappointment. On the 3rd floor, climbing up is exhausting. The bathroom is cold and the whole thing floated during one shower. The toilet was not fixed, so it moved every time we used it. Some of the toiletries described in the equipment are not available (bathrobe, conditioner) The slippers are useless. The sheets are wrinkled like they have been used before, the towels are stained and have holes. We had no heating for 4 out of 8 nights, sometimes they were able to fix it, sometimes not. The air conditioner does not work in heating mode. During our stay there, a shower cabin was installed, disturbing our rest and we could not use the shower for 24 hours. We boxed this down to 3 hours. There will be no water for part of one night followed by hot water. The breakfast buffet is not very abundant. The icing on the cake was the last morning. We asked for an earlier time for breakfast at 7:30, because we had to leave for the airport at 8. The lady serving breakfast made a fuss and, after several requests, she was willing to serve us, so that we brought bread for breakfast ourselves, and then she didn't even give us a phlegmatic answer. All this so that it was paid for and we agreed on the next day. We did not receive any compensation or refund for the inconvenience. We were, and are, very disappointed.

Terrible, from the checking in. The receptionist was very arrogant to ask me if I am an angry person. He said my identification has expired and he would not booked me in. I calmy told him to double check. I went out after the first night, only to come back for the second night and discovered that they check me out of my room, by removing my valuable without my permission, to a different smaller and smelling room. I told them, I would prefer to remain in the first room. They said they already offered it to a different room, I was pissed off. When I insisted on not staying in the new room, the offered to get me a new room some 10 minutes away. But on the condition that I leave my minor children in one room, while I go to a different hotel with my wife. How ridiculous? I tried calling your customer support that night without any results. How can I go to a different hotel, and leave my minor children behind? They insisted on offering only one room for me elsewhere and I declined the offer. The experience is the worst I have ever received

Worst hotel ever experienced. No hot water to bath . AVOiD . AVOID NEVER AGAIN

Hotel pessimo con camere fastiscenti e molto sporche. Siamo arrivati e la camera puzzava di fumo ed era sporchissima, a partire dalle lenzuola sino al bagno. La posizione è scomoda, in una zona poco frequentata sebbene la sua vicinanza al centro. Sconsiglio vivamente.

Ужасный отель, в номерах всё сломано. Кондиционер не работает ни в одном номере. Владельцы- мошенники. Если не хотите испортить отдых, держись от этого места подальше. Положительные отзывы - фэйковые, их оставляют владельцы отеля сами себе с фэйковых аккаунтов.

Отдыхали в октябре 2021 года. Прекрасное место в историческом центре города . Приветливый персонал, который всегда готов прийти на помощь , или просто угостить вкусным турецким кофе. С удовольствием, вернёмся вновь ☺️

Al llegar a nuestra habitación el baño olía fatal y estaba todo oxidado, en la puerta de la habitación había un agujero como de un puñetazo y estaba todo en malas condiciones. Salimos a cenar y encontramos otro lugar para alojarnos, llevábamos en este lugar solo 3 horas y cuando dijimos los motivos nos obligaron a pagar las 4 noches en efectivo y no nos quisieron dar una factura de prueba después de decirnos que si cancelabamos en la aplicación podríamos pagar solo una noche. Me siento estafada.

Hayatımda kaldığım oteller içeriainde açıkara en kötüsü, en pisi. Kesinlikle ve kesinlikle temiz değil. Odadaki neredeyse her şey kırık. Lavabo su kaçırıyor. Mini dolap çürümüş. Her yer pis.

酒店最好的地方就是超棒的位置了。房間一般般，我的房間在一樓，離前台很近，晚上有很多噪音，影響了我睡眠的質量。房間很潮濕，排風扇也不管用，衛生間也很糟糕，跟房間有同樣的問題。酒店的服務還可以，早飯還挺好吃，種類挺多的。如果你想節省開支，那這裏還挺適合你過來住幾天的。
