Very good location if you are interested in shopping. We were able to walk to many interesting places without the need to use taxi or public transport. Shame about the roof top as it was under reconstruction. Room was clean and very warm (in January). Staff very friendly and very helpful.

Hotel Niles is by far one of the cleanest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel has a very warm and cozy feeling throughout. The decor was beautiful and breakfast at the terrace was just an amazing start to the day. Beautiful views and just a few minutes walk from the grand bazaar. We walked everywhere as everything was close by.
A huge thank you to all the staff especially Mr Halil and the lovely gentlemen at reception who checked us out and helped us with our airport transfer issues. He went above and beyond and we are very grateful.
Will definitely be visiting again.

It is a very pleasant hotel situated at the heard of Istanbul's old downtown. Perfect if you come for a few days on leisure time, since it's close to the city's landmarks. Breakfast is awesome, bed is very comfortable and the staff provides good service most of the time.

Everything about our stay at Hotel Niles was wonderful. The room (junior suite) was lovely. The traditional decor was very tasteful and pleasing and the room was very good size. The hotel location is perfect for visiting the major attractions. The staff were all very personable and helpful (with most speaking English fluently) That's true from the initial check-in (when we were encouraged to sit and relax and served a traditional beverage after our hectic arrival at the hotel), throughout all of our many interactions over our 4 day stay, to help arranging an airport transfer as we left. The Turkish breakfast was great -- plenty of delicious things to try. We came to look forward to it every day. And the roof top lounge (where breakfast is served and evening drinks are available) was a very nice surprise for us. It is very pleasant and has great views of the waterfront. The only downside for us was that the restaurants in the area are all touristy, but that's a function of the hotel being so well situated in the old city. I highly recommend the Hotel Niles .

The hotel is very cute designed great places in the hotel to take photos the staff was very friendly to me. They even recommended places when I asked them breakfast is delicious. I’ll definitely book again.

Very friendly staff in this charming boutique hotel. VERY convenient walking to all the major attractions, and safe even walking late at night….great place to stay without breaking the bank…

The Niles is centrally located to visit the majority of tourist sites in Istanbul. The staff are fantastic and I found them to be very helpful and courteous. My only negative point was the sound proofing of the room. My room was beside an emergency exit door and the street noise from it was quite evident. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely European-style motel with a homey vibe and friendly employees. Very attentive and unobtrusive. The rooftop cafe in the mornings was my go-to place to get my day started.
