We take all guest concerns seriously and would like to address the situation you have described.As per our hotel policy, minibar items are not included in the room rate and are clearly marked as chargeable both during check-in and in the minibar price list provided in each room. This is a standard practice in five-star hotels worldwide unless specified otherwise in an all-inclusive package, our hotel is bed and breakfast. Additionally, your minibar consumption included alcoholic beverages, which are explicitly chargeable.When your account reached an overbalance, as per our procedures, access to your room was temporarily restricted until the outstanding charges were settled. This measure is standard in such cases and ensures transparency and accountability for both parties. Despite this, our management team remained professional and offered to assist in resolving the matter amicably.We understand that such situations can be frustrating, but it is important to note that any claim of rudeness or threats is inaccurate and does not reflect our team’s approach.
