The Reina Hotel

住的兩個房間非常非常簡陋 但房間是可以湊合的簡易房。床鋪非常不潔凈de樣子，最可怕的是臟呼呼的床墊直接鋪上薄薄的床單，中間沒有隔開，即便年輕時我曾在印度和東南亞不少廉價青年旅舍住過多次，這個酒店的床鋪格外讓人膽戰心驚。 白色床單似乎有二十年歷史，顏色發烏，枕套和毛巾同樣黑乎乎，感覺這個酒店的床、枕頭枕套和毛巾都是十年老店淘汰下來他們又接着用了十年。 訂房間時候相信了照片，沒看評論，入住後大為後悔。既然那麼多人批評皮草太舊了，這個酒店也無動於衷。難道買一批新毛巾和床單就無法承受嗎伊斯坦堡酒店全部價格虛高，可能是這個原因，這個酒店相對低價（90歐元）很有吸引力，但是基本設施要保證吧？ 其他留言留圖説洗手間黴菌斑很多，也是屬實，清潔工應該拿84每天噴一遍。 但可能針對的就是想省點錢或住在市區的客户羣，感覺酒店就想撐過一兩年等着裝修改建的那種，所以目前是做一天生意算一天。 前台服務什麼的其實都沒啥，人都很友善，反應也快。不打掃房間也沒啥，真正需要的時候應該可以要求。房間還是有窗有陽光的。 整體上就是大車店通鋪的衞生和設施，基本合格的前台，不合格的清潔，但凡你沒有其它選擇的話，請不要訂這家酒店。但如果你衹有這個選擇，我覺得也應該愉快地入住，不要被評論損害了旅行心情。伊斯坦堡作為旅遊城市，民眾友善，風光獨特，多享受那些，少回房間。

The location is great, it is near Bazzar, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern. The people that work in the hotel are very nice, helped with everything.. Selim especially helped with a few requests we had like additional towels, cleaning service, ordering a taxi, instructions on how to get to some places in the city.

We booked for a whole week to stay at the Reina Hotel. The first room we were placed in was filthy, there were hairs all over the bathroom and black filthy residue of something. I made pictures of everything, you van see them down below. We asked for a cleaner room to be placed in, after a while we got a new room witch was still dirty, we eventually just put up with it. There were stains over de bedsheets and the floors and walls were dirty. Nit to forget, we found a few bugs in our bedsheets. After a few days we noticed that our room wasn’t being cleaned. We had to ask and get our own toilet paper en ask for new ‘fresh’ (not at all) towels. We went to the lobby and asked friendly when the cleaning lady would come, they promised us multiple times but these were all lies. Our room was not cleaned for the whole week, and the people working there were not interested in keeping there customers happy at all. They didn’t care, and wouldn’t make a compromise for us since we stayed in a dirty room all week. We do not recommend this hotel for the price your paying!!

We gave up on staying at the Reina Hotel. They offered us 2 unsanitary rooms in the hotel and in another unsanitary building 3 other rooms, smelling of paint and located in the basement.

Black mold in the bathroom. This was not ever cleaned or resolved. It definitely needs a lot of cleaning. The area of the hotel is on a steel hill, walking up or down the hill with language is not safe. I would never stay there again

I booked twenty days, the hotel and the payment of course and in advance from the first night we found insects in the room everywhere on the pillow, bed, towels and sheets. We photographed everything and spoke with the hotel management, but the response was that they kicked us out of the hotel and cursed us very badly and they did not give us the money we paid And what is estimated at four hundred US dollars, we have been defrauded. It does not conform to the specifications written on the Internet. The hotel has three buildings, each building in a name, but one administration.

It was okay. The price is low so it was fine. We just slept there.

Всё было нормально. Даже довольно чисто, что удивило. Кондиционер хороший. Душевая чистая, без плесени, в отличие от фото. Много плечиков в шкафу. Из минусов - не работал маленький свет над кроватью, холодильник не холодил особо. И унитаз прям в душе. Ну, не заморачивались с расположением труб.
