Room didn't have toothbrush and toothpaste. Although we asked the receptionist and he said they don't provide it. Should bring travel dental kit . Our room view was ok, not bad... Breakfast was normal.

Отель удачно расположен - удобно добираться и до старой части города и до района Истикляль и Таксим пешком. Из плюсов - неплохой завтрак, аккуратный номер чистый. Из минусов - странная дверь в туалет , она же является дверью в душевую, то есть закрыть можно только что-то одно, такого никогда не видел)))) это мягко говоря не удобно совсем. В остальном довольно приличный отель, но должен стоить чуть дешевле

位置非常好，去卡拉達塔、卡拉達橋都非常近，飯店本身臨舊城區馬路，晚上車聲非常大，淺眠的人容易睡不好，再者要大大稱頌一下飯店早餐，非常豐富能讓旅人飽足開始一天活動

AC not working on a hot summer day made the experience very unpleasant. They weren’t helpful at all to solve the problem either. Do not recommend 👎🏼 Klima çalışmıyordu. Çözüm bulmakta ve tavırda bir hayli başarısız olundu. Tavsiye etmiyorum 👎🏼

1)Breakfast is AWFUL! Every dish was VERY OILY and cold,never fresh bread and bugs in the milk. The breakfast times was 8:30 -10:30 and kitchen stuff were taking ALL FOOD at 10, and when I tried to ask “why”, they said me “not my business!” 2)Our flight was early in the morning and I kindly asked to pack us lunch boxes and they gave us WHITE bread with us, nothing else. 3)the working personal was ALWAYS super rude.Room door went broken and it was not closing properly-＞ we have informed about this problem to stuff and NO ACTION was taken. We have informed 5 TIMES again after-all about the same door problem and it was never fixed. This hotel is waste of money! Do not recommend to stay there and waste your nerves!

Unfortunately during our stay money was taken from our room, £50 (2000 Turkish Lira). Despite reporting this to management no satisfactory resolution was even attempted on their part. This left us disappointed and very concerned for security of our belongings for the rest of the trip. Despite the other amenities I can only give Galatahan Hotel a one star review. I couldn't recommend them as a safe and trustworthy place to stay.

Very good location close to Galata district and the piers. We had room 45 on the 4th floor. The bathroom was very small, the door was made of glass and there was an open space above. The room was also a bit hot. We used the AC. Breakfast is limited, there are no croissants, only bread to cut. No ham, no fruit (I bought my own apples and bananas), the "greek" yogurt was very liquid. There were olives, cheese, hard eggs, cucumber.

Great hotel, close to Galata Tower, Taskin Square, restaurants, shops and metro. Staff were very friendly and breakfast is very good. We spend 10 days in this hotel and we really enjoyed. It’s a great place to stay in Istanbul.

With all Respect to crews! first, after we got our Key, the room wasn’t the same room that they showed us in reservation app. Then the biggest and most terrible part of our accommodation was when we asked for Laundry Service.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 They ruined all our clothes . They washed everything in high degrees . My Hoodie is too small for me now, and in most of other pieces there is Iron sign.. They have excellent Location in Istanbul but the service is not great 😊

PROS: Excellent location, great sized and clean stylish rooms, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is nice. CONS: Sound proofing needs a lot of work. 1 out of 4 nights I slept well, and could hear the nightlife (though this was generally at the weekend), car alarms, workmen early hours of the morning, and even the extremely noisy guests next door who decided to have a screaming match with the room opposite at midnight. Though not the hotel's fault I would highly recommend investing in better sound proofing, as the windows had large gaps around them which made the outside noise sound like we had the windows open.

The hotel was fine to stay in- however, their taxi service/driver organised tried to overcharge for our drop-off to the airport. Despite the hotel notifying us of cost, the driver tried to charge further and claimed it would be good to "see for his services as extra."

We had a very nice stay at Galatahan Hotel Reception works 7/7 24/24 which is very convenient All the staff is smiley and helpful for any need Rooms are clean and pretty Breakfast is good A good place to stay to visit Istanbul with friends or family :)

What more can you ask for? This is a great hotel for the busy traveler, like myself! - location: amazing! It's close to Galata tower, which is great, but an even better aspect is that it's easily accessible from the major sites (istiklal street, hagia sophia, blue mosque, even kadikoi). You're walking distance from a transit station and a busy ferry station!! And it's a safe part of town, even at night. Because youre not in the old city, there are less people trying to scam/bother you. Also not too noisy - you can get a good night's sleep. - comfortable rooms: hot water shower, comfortable bed, working wifi, working AC, clean room. You wouldn't believe it, but these can be hard to find when youre traveling to different countries. - great breakfast!!! You can't skip the breakfast. A proper turkish breakfast, you don't have to go out to a restaurant for it. They have it buffet style. The small plates, cheeses, and breads taste just as good here. And if you're friendly with the staff, you can ask for egg-based breakfast dishes too.
