The sheets were not clean and the toilet water pipe was clogged. The breakfast was different from the picture. There were no towels in the rooms. In total, the hotel was not more than 3 stars. He didn't have a toothbrush and paste, and he didn't have bathroom slippers Its near the The hotel is next to the mosque and the call to prayer is annoying and you are not comfortable

Can't believe it! I just can't believe it, it's scam! Don't trust the reviews on google and booking It seems these are all fabricated! Sleeping at night is just a joke! You can't sleep in this hotel! Windows are not sound proof at all, can't believe they build room in emergency exit hall, and just near breakfast salon! Imagine you open the door and see everyone are eating breakfast! 5 times a day it's like you live in a mosque Just stay away from this hotel!

First, do not use this hotel. Second. Do not use this hotel. Third do not use this hotel. I was there for a week in December at this hotel, and I had three rooms for my family. Forget if you want to sleep at night there are few clubs just next to the hotel which will be nice you hear people fighting until 6 o’clock in the morning. Rooms are extremely small cleaning it’s not optimal, I saw the stains almost everywhere. I had to put something on top of the chair in order to be able to use it. Breakfast is a joke at this hotel, if you very low quality items for breakfast. Hotel staff. Hotel employees have limited skills in English and barely can understand English with if one exception, which was a guy when I got there at night he could speak fluently in English. The rest of employees at the front desk very rude and basically they don’t care if you have a question or have a problem with the hotel. You will see them all the time their head on their phones. The only responsible person, I saw was a cleaning lady which was working on the floors everything inside the rooms was old and dirty. I don’t understand the scores on websites like here or ***********, and how they compare this hotel with a very basic hotel.

During our recent visit to Istanbul, we had the pleasure to stay in this lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Istanbul. The hotel was centrally located very clean and met our expectations, the staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful. Shahin and Zaki were exceptional and made our trip so easy and amazing. Good value for money and good breakfast options though the same spread throughout our 7 day stays, Thank you so much, Shahin and Zaki, both of you really helped us so much and I'm so glad we got to meet you! I hope to stay there again on our next trip to Istanbul. I highly recommend this hotel.

We got scammed mostly by the agencies booking this hotel for us. Seems like this hotel is selling their So called 'standard rooms' to agencies. Therefore everytime a new batch of guests arrive who have booked through travel agencies they go through the " -1 level room" treatment!!!! We arrived at the hotel after hours of travelling and transferring so hoped to reach our beautiful and amazing hotel ...what we encountered was : a very sloped somewhat 500 meters of walking from the main road with suitcases! our baby! a stroller and what not on a cobblestone and extremely dirty street with cars passing by inches from us ,very busy and crowded not very lady-friendly area...we had to lugg our stuff on the slopped road and take a few turns to get to the entrance of the hotel which wasn't luggage or stroller friendly either, meaning it didn't even have a ramp to enter smoothly!!! every entry and exit through the only single door available was a hassle. We get there, it's 6 pm , we had 2 rooms , neither are ready!!! Even though check-in is said to be 2pm!!! And after waiting for ages they tell us we must go to two rooms on the -1 level!!! Which we had never even heard of before!! Our Istanbul trip was ruined before even starting! They told us it's only for 1 night!!! Which was the last straw...as nothing had been perfect till then either. After tons of talking we had no choice but to go to the specified room as we were dead tired already and had a baby with us and couldn't run around to search for a better option for the night. The breakfast everyday was served in -1 level too Which as you can guess was window-less. Obviously no gym or special amenities. Funny thing was I heard the receptionist give another guest from another nationality options for better rooms which wasn't even offered to us! Which we would have happily payed for. All we heard for 4 days was that all the rooms are full!! The most devastating scenario was the day we were happily leaving to get back to our comfy homes we saw a new batch of guests getting the same treatment as us!!! Meaning they were told to go to -1 level but just for 1 night!!! And the worst thing was this...after the guests complained I catched all the guys behind the counter ( manager , receptionist etc..) smirking and secretly having a laugh together. Which made sense...this was normal for them and a usual scenario!!! Never even passing by this hotel ever again!

The room and the environment of the hotel were clean, and the cleaning was done every day, but the size of the rooms was small and the room was very dimly lit, it had a good location in terms of access, but the neighborhood was not very safe.
