I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would gladly stay here again. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. First of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They welcomed me with a warm smile and were always available to answer any questions or help with requests. Their professionalism and kindness truly made my stay more comfortable. The location is another big plus. The hotel is situated in a convenient area, close to many attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, you'll appreciate how easy it is to get around from here. The facilities were also excellent. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything | needed. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spotless. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, everything about this hotel was great — the service, the location, the cleanliness, and the amenities. I have no complaints at all. If you're looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay, this is the one. Highly recommended!

It's probably used to be a good hotel, with creative design. But recently quality is down therefore price tag and contingent. Location is quite useful to get to tourists places and business.

A very disappointing experience. The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The service was unprofessional, and the room was infested with insects, including cockroaches. Hygiene standards were shockingly low — the cleaning staff used the same towels meant for guests to wipe the floors and clean the toilets. Absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.

Just don’t go there!!! The rooms are not clean and smells so bad. There is *Cockroach* in the rooms and on the beds!!! There is no service and daily water even!!! Refrigerator doesn’t work!! There was not safety box in my room and when I told them, they said you can bring your money and leave it here in our safety box!!! It was just terrible!!!!’❌❌❌❌

A very cool hotel without the possibilities of all the photos that have been lying in sites. Only the first day of things like water and tea serves in the rooms and the next day, the refrigerator does not work the rooms. The milk was a bad deal. The items did not work well, and most of its belongings have been broken. No possibilities. The only faces that have a place to sleepdard It's true that the price of this hotel is low, but it has nothing. Their low price could be a trap. I won't repeat it again because I wrote all the problems. It has even more problems.

A disaster... very very dirty... full of cockroaches... there were many of us and none of us were satisfied. Instead of apologizing and satisfying the customer, the hotel management responded with mistreatment and indifference. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone...

I was personally shocked and had to deal with it several times. Mineral water was not recharged daily. Tea bags and sugar only upon arrival. No safe. No refrigerator was the biggest problem. We missed a cool drink. All the food we brought was in danger of spoiling. Rooms smelled of damp and were full of cockroaches. Friends' rooms had broken showers without any facilities. Do not choose this hotel under any circumstances. I beg you, do not get me wrong. It is not a hotel, it is a guesthouse.

Nothing in the badroom,Not shampoo,not showergel. We askd for 2 lipton tea and they dont give, bad view,bad fridge,the room smelt bad,the rooms is totaly diferend with what you see in the foto, old building.......... Generaly bad hotel 👎

My family got pimpels all over the body,the first weekend we thougt it was an allergic reaktion to the weather insteed we disqufired later on the weekend that it was insekts that was livin under the beds of our rooms.The insekts was crawling up in the nights and biting my family.The results to that gave my family pimples all over the body and pain also all over the body,of course i have proof for everything i have been righting about.I have pictures of the insekts and the big pimples on my familys body.We showed them all the proof indsteed they calld the cops on pys and we didint even get an refund.

İş seyahati dolayısıyla kaldığım 4 gün boyunca ***et memnun kaldım.gerek lokasyon açısından her yere yakın olması tercih etme sebebimdir gerek odaların temizliği gerek personelin davranışları çok kibar ve nazikti çok ilgililer kahvaltısıda ***et güzeldi çok memnun kaldım.arsima otel ailesine teşekkür ederim ilgilerinden dolayı bir daha yolum düştüğünde kesinlikle arsima hoteli tercih edeceğim.herkezinde rahatlıkla kalabileceği çok güzel bir aile otelidir
