Location of hotel is very nice. U can everywhere from hotel. Service top. Thanks to Mrs GUL , mr Sener and Yasin. We come back hier.

İkinci kez kaldığımız güzel bir otel. Konumu iyi, personel güleryüzlü. Kahvaltı servisi bölümündeki personel çok iyi niyetli ve çok yardımcı oluyor. Metin Bey’e de özel teşekkürlerimizle.

ガラタ塔すぐ側、バス停やトラムも目の前の好立地です。 部屋は清潔でシャワーも問題ないです。 お部屋には果物もあり嬉しかったです。 フロントの人もとても優しく丁寧でした。 夜まで賑やかですが、気にしなければ問題ないです。

Lage ist überragend direkt vor der Türe kann man Geldwechsel, Straßenbahn fahren ob nach Eminönü oder Ayasofya wiederum auf der anderen Seite nach Taksim. Frühstück ist gut auf Wunsch bekommt auch Extras wie Omlett mit Sucuk usw. Wir durften bis spät abends oben auf der Terrasse sitzen und trinken.

Otelin otopark ve valesi bulunmuyor. Kahvaltısı çok zayıf. Manzarası ve konumu mükemmel. Temizlik ve olan hizmetler konusunda bir problem yok. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü idi.

This room should not be a room. It is a converted shop (ex-spa commercial property) that has a bed added and made into an extra room within the hotel. The hamam was not turned on, reception cannot speak English, there is a stock room in one of then rooms with open wiring, water from taps came out brown, overall uncleaned, unkempt, the shower did not have running hot water (only hot water available from taps). This is not a suite, this is a shop sleeping experience. I felt unsafe - locks were flimsy, and so close to the main street that I thought anyone could come in. This is my second bad experience on this site. Makes me wonder whether QC is properly conducted - utterly disappointed and shambolic experience, would expect better rooms in a village. I have videos of my room if you want to check or contest.

Nice hotel with very nice staff ready to help and answer any questions. Ahmet and Ramzan are 2 gentlemen who were very supportive, as they other ones.

The location of the hotel was perfect, but I can't speak for the condition of the other rooms. Unfortunately, our room appeared a bit worn-out, particularly the bed, which seemed quite used. There were areas on the walls where the concrete was peeling off onto the floor. The bathroom was satisfactory, but cleanliness could use some improvement.

we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel . The location is perfect and the view is amazing .The staff are lovely and very caring.It has a relaxed atmosphere and we would definitely stay there again.

Booked this for a long layover and it was a perfect location. Very central and easy to walk to many areas. The shower drained slowly like a previous review said, and the rooms did have some wear, but we loved the traditional look of the rooms and hotel. Would love to stay here again!
