Ngoại trừ sàn nhà ồn ào, căn phòng đó thực sự mát mẻ. Hầu hết các phòng hạng phổ thông đều là phòng nhỏ nhất của những khách sạn đó. Nhưng phòng này thì không như vậy, phòng rộng và mát mẻ. Tôi thích ở đây.

I recently stayed at the New Pera Hotel for 4 nights and I do not recommend it. A lot of the reviews here mention the noise levels and I thought I was prepared for it but I landed on a weekend and the party was on till 3am and it was extremely noisy. There were cockroaches next to the basin and cleanliness is not much of a concept. On the last day, the entire table collapsed on top of my 10 year old son and it was a miracle he wasn’t seriously injured but his shoulder was paining. What annoyed me is the complete lack of empathy - not once did they ask me - is your son ok ? Do you need anything. When I mentioned my son has shoulder pain - they fought back saying the table has 15 screws and that it was my son’s fault it fell down and that they have footage of us leaving the hotel. I had no words - only shock on my face. And all the positive reviews - soy can’t be sure how many of them are real because as you can see in the picture they offer discounts and freebies for giving positive reviews to New Pera Hotel. If you have small kids or expecting to get a good night’s rest - just skip this place.

The room is not very clean the beds are not comfortable at all The area is very noisey at night , there are many night clubs in the area. The toilet room needs to renew. It does not seems like a hotel .................................................................

The hotel was clean, room size was good, the reception behaviour was excellent, he was helpful & kind& polite. The location was excellent. I would absolutely there again. The reception is not 24hours there. But they always answer phone. During my trip some bad thing happened for one of the friends, the hotel was helpful alot since they became sure our problem solved. Their kindness was really nice. The room had no safe box, but it was completely safe. We are pleased about the safety. Having no elevator was a disadvantage. Especially rooms were no smoking, so going up & down the stairs several times was a bit annoying. The hotel had no daily room service, housekeeping only cleans after check out. Ofcourse they give you fresh towels or any other things that you request. But it's nicer to have daily cleaning program (because guest pays the same for all nights) To sum up it was really a good choice to stay in Istanbul. I've been in difrent hotels there, but in future i prefer staying in New pera hotel (just first floor, because of elevator issue)

В 2022г. были в этом отеле, стоимость проживания была не маленькой, соответственно ожидания были. Номер был с балконом. - убирались у нас наверно один раз за 13 дней, я не говорю о смене постельного белья, но хотя бы подметать можно было, на полу была такая грязь, что было неприятно ходить. - номер мы брали с балконом, чтобы на нем тоже находится, в середине отдыха нам предложили устроить многодневный ремонт на балконе,вход на него только через наш номер, это очень странное предложение,когда в номере живут люди. Обратите внимание: Лифта нет, по лестнице тяжело подниматься, потому что она узкая и темная

New Pera Otel temiz ferah düzenli geniş yataklar :) harika bir hafta geçirdik. Otelin konumu ulaşıma caddeye çok kolay ulaşabileceğimiz bir yerdeydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü sevecan insanlardı. Özellikle Murat bey çok sempatik cana yakın biriydi. Çok teşekkürler. Tekrar görüşmek üzere :))

Большой номер, хорошее расположение, доступная цена. Грязный номер, плесень в ванной, чужие волосы на покрывалах, раковина держится на пустой бутылке из под шампуня, подоконник грязный, у СВЧ печки расплавленеые кнопки, один плафон на светильник отсутствует. Видно, что к гостям относятся безразлично, убираются плохо и вещи, которые сломались из номера не убирают. Лучше бы было скромнее, но чисто и с уважением к людям.
