Good hotel

The hotel is really old. Has it not been the location, I would probably be hesitating to stay here. Our initial room assigned was on level 1 facing the entrance and near the elevator (what could be worse). We then requested the 6 they put us on the best room on level 7 facing the Bosporus River way away from the elevator, but needed to pay the difference. With some bargaining and discussion, I managed to cut the payment to half thanks to the super nice check-in staff. This room was like heaven compared to the initial one.

Great day at the pool. Rooms were big and had a balcony. Older styled room. Pool was good. Life guards were there the whole time. Good service and lovely staff at the pool and reception area. My five stars goes mainly to the front desk staff and the manager Abdullah Yilmaz, who I can say is a genius in customer service and hospitality. He is professional and perfect in keeping the the customers loyal to the brand , if i can say the room design was not at my expectations however he made every possible effort to make me satisfied, i do recommend this hotel and i do recommend him to be a brand manager . As a captain i travel all over the world, its very rarely to meet a manager like him.

The building it was under renovation work Unfortunately we have to take 3 lefts in order go get yo our suite No mentioned about this customer should know about this before booking

It is a nice hotel which is in a good location. Taksim Square is a ten minute walk away. The room facilities are not up to date and a bit old, but it is a Piece of History and shows us how the Style of the 50s and 60s were. I find that again totally fascinating because for those Hotel Guests at the Time it was one of the most modern Hotels. So you can see the Change of Time. Most importantly, it was very clean and spacious. You have to see the Guest Toilet in the Lobby.There you can put yourself in the Time as the Ladies have styled themselves in the carpeted vestibule (today's time unthinkable) When you see how many and which Celebrities were in this Hilton Hotel then you are proud to be a part of this!!! It is currently being renovated and should be ready by 2025. I hope they find a good mix between the old and modern way!!!

У отеля в этом году большая дата, подготовка все еще идет и видно как отель трепетно относится к каждому гостю. Было невероятно вкусно на завтраках, прекрасные виды и обновленные номера. Для тех, кто приехал в Стамбул в первый раз или 10 будет интересно открыть его заново. Вид на Босфор обязательно подарит великолепные рассветы.

奧爾罕帕慕克在《純真博物館》裏，幾十頁描述的地標性酒店。雖然因為久遠而老舊，但是並不影響它的紳士感與入住體驗。服務真的非常好！露台和花園真的很大！
