Cip Hotel

Very bad management. Booked 2 nights but due to unexpected medical issues we couldn't attend our booking so I requested to have at least money for one night back but they refused. Very disappointed.

scam, although i cancelled my booking did not even receive a refund.

Trust me. If you Choose to stay here. You will regret

Администратор и очень плохой человек, не может разговаривать с гостями, очень грубый , таких на работе лучше не держать ..

Останавливался на пару ночей в отеле. + Номер достаточно чистый, современный телевизор, ремонт в ванной, холодильник работает + Неплохое расположение, район отелей и мелкого бизнеса и жилья. + Турецкий стритфут или рядом два торговых центра с футкортами. + Метро недалеко - Сантехника при свежем ремонте уже убитая - Хлипкая входная дверь и высокая слышимость, но после 11 никто не бузил. - Зубную щетку послали рядом в маркет покупать - Завтрак не стабильный, в субботу в 8-00 был на троечку, но в воскресение в 9-00 совсем слабый Вызов такси через приложение может затянуться, много односторонних дорог и плотный трафик. Лучше пройтись немного и вызвать на более спокойной улице. Общее впечатление на 3-, можно на пару ночей остаться

Zuerst bekam ich ein Zimmer ohne Fenster obwohl ich mit Blick auf den Innenhof gebucht habe. Die Möbel waren zum teil kaputt und aus der minibar lief Wasser raus ..dann bekam ich ein anderes Zimmer mit einem Fenster was vielleicht 50x50 cm groß war.. die Wände sind leider sehr dünn und unter der Tür ist eine Öffnung von bestimmt 10cm so das man wirklich alles hört.. ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen und würde es nie wieder buchen..

I came to Turkey for surgery and booked this hotel a day before the surgery, and for 3 days, after it to my departure. Apart from location, nothing was fine with this place. This definitely is not 4* hotel, the room I was given was size of single with double bed in alcove, NO WINDOW. Everything was tired and dirty, even the picture on the wall was on one side. Total joke, I complained they gave me a bigger room with a window, here where become interesting... the window actually is facing internal housekeeping storage in the corridor, really? I had a few hours to sleep as I needed to get up at 4 am to go to the hospital. I asked for a wake-up call, I didn't get it, but it doesn't matter as I couldn't sleep from noise anyway. I also couldn't stop the water after shower. There was no way to back here after my surgery. I cancelled all the rest of the bookings and moved to a neighbourhood hotel. Management must review and take seriously my comment. This is not Turkish hospitality.
