Actuel Life Hotel

Oda çok temizdi, havlular yatak vs odanın konforu dizayn’ı çok hoştu. Lavaboda keza öyleydi fakat duşakabinin bir kapağı yoktu duş alırken su lavabonun içine doğru sıçradı. Göz ardı edilecek bir sorundu, bunun dışında tekrar konaklamak isteyebileceğim bir otel, ilgilerinden dolayı otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim.

the worst hotel I have seen in my life! we were given a room that stank of humidity knowing that my friend is asthmatic! We arrived at 1 a.m., they didn't have another room to give us. And the only solution they gave us was to leave the window open in the middle of December. They are not serious. They told me that you had to make a special request to say that your friend has asthma! You need a special request for a room that doesn't stink!! To flee!!!!

This is the worst customer experience I've ever had! Horrible! The room stinks from the humidity and doesn't look anything like the pictures on the internet! I'm asthmatic and when I asked for a room change I was told the hotel was full. All they could say was: open the windows at 1 a.m. and they wouldn't give us our money back. Never, never, never go to this hotel!

The front of the hotel looks very nice, but in a run down area. The rooms are ok, looks like they've had a renovation at some point but already showing wear and tear. Some nice bars and restaurants in the area, further up the hill That's the positives done. Now with the negatives. The breakfast has to be the poorest breakfast I've ever seen and eaten and I've been to some poor countries (Gambia / Goa). The restaurant is always dirty with dirty plates left by the previous guests. The staff just sit in the kitchen whilst the plates pile up. The breakfast area which is advertised as open buffet is basically a plate consisting of plastic feeling meat, feta cheese, olives, 1 boiled egg, 1 /4 of a tomato and 2 slices of cucumber., and 4 small pots of condiments (jam, honey, chocolate spread, margarine). Accompanied by a basket of stale bread Beverages consist of Tea and instant coffee, coffee mate and cherry juice. There is a lot of wastage due to the fact your breakfast is plated and you do not have a choice! Some floors smell of sewerage. The toilets in the communal area (below the lobby) are disgraceful. I think the reviews given on *********** arent genuine. If you take time to read through them you'll see that a lot of the reviews are word for word.

The rooms were so dirty, WC not hygiene, the bathroom so small and dirty, the staffs were impolite and impatient, didn't speak very well they can't speak English good. the beds and bed sets were dirty. my bedsheet had a red spot and dirty.

It was such terrible experience that I ever had Every single item was really bad For example, rooms was dirty , restaurant was terrible, attitude was impolite in additions, location wasn’t good I suggest that to every person never go to this place.

our hotel has been renovated with low quality. but it has rude reception, very poor breakfast, awful elevator. I beg you don't select this Inn with a small room. by the way, the location of the hotel is in front of a petrol station with a hard slope alley while you can just take a taxi.

The best hotel ever that you could stay in Istanbul.. I do recommend it for everyone who visits Istanbul, as they are very clean, professional, and the people are so respectful and know the meaning of hospitality.. The prices are great compared to all other hotels.. I believe this hotel should be 7 stars not even 5 stars.. Thanks for all the staff who works in this hotel to make it as best as possible.. 👍

My friends and I booked 2 double rooms, from 29 December till 4th of January. First of all It is down a hill and difficult to walk up, second it is very dodgy and industrial area full of mechanic garages, not pleasant and does not feel safe. The hotel itself is below average, breakfast is below basic, they only offered tea, no coffee. The rooms are tiny, you cannot move around or be comfortable in the shower. They only have 2 rooms with a normal size on each floor ( the ones ending 03 or 05). Coming back to my story, i had 2 DOUBLE rooms booked and confirmed,1 for myself and 1 for my 2 friends to share. I arrived first at the desk so have been handed the key for room 805 which was a correct size. Later at night ( 1:30am) when my 2 friends arrived they have been offered a single room. When we refused they promised to change them to a bigger room ( double as per booking) in the morning. So next day after breakfast we packed to be removed, we passed by the reception and they said we can go out, they will take care of everything. And the nightmare started and lasted 3 days( promising to change), same story. The girls got very upset and tired, sharing a single room and not being able to sleep for 3 nights, one of them had an operation and medical treatment and could not rest. I asked to speak to the manager he was worse than any staff, he asked us to go to another hotel and refused to pay a refund or compensation. He was very rude. All staff in that hotel are rude and not trained except for the young lady Shirin ( v polite) she moved them at the end on the 4th day.I am still very annoyed and i would not recommend it to anyone, Istanbul is full of hotels who deserve star for location and service. This one is not of of them.
