Beautifully decorated home in the highly desired Pelican Bay community of Wild Dunes. Just across the street from the beach, with a relaxing community pool. Master bedroom has a King bed and full bath. The upstairs bedrooms share a full hall bath and one has a queen bed and the other two twins as well as a private balcony. Enjoy a relaxing view of the amazing sunsets as you overlook the large lagoon in the back of the house. You might even get a glimpse of 'Allie' the neighborhood alligator sunning herself on the edge of the lagoon. If you are an early riser you can enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise as you rock on the front porch.
Located just a 20 minute drive from historic Charleston, there are numerous sites to see and places to shop. Within 5 miles there are over 15 restaurants, 7 golf courses, 3 marinas and several parks. Enjoy golf, tennis, nature adventures, boating, water sports and deep sea or in shore fishing. You may prefer a relaxing day at the spa or just sunning on the beach. Wild Dunes has daily activities for both adults and children. Rent a bike or bring your own and enjoy miles of scenic trails.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION
Weekly rentals only from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Cleaning fee for 3 nights or less. Monthly winter rental available.
Our cleaning service uses hospital grade disinfectants after each rental to protect our guests. Our pillows and mattresses have been treated with Microban antimicrobial.

Our family loved our stay at this property. There ended up being only four of us but the property could easily accommodate twice that. A short walk to a beautiful flat beach with a long sandbar that's accessible at low tide. we also spent a lot of time on the back deck watching the wildlife. The screened porch was great for meals or card games during occasional showers. Great place for a family beach vacation!

College girls reunion
Great time. Location is perfect with a short walk to both beach and pool. Loved our mornings sitting around the table in the screened in porch.

It’s was great week in house and was great for our family vacation. Short walk to beach and close to pool. The beds would ok but could be a lot better very loud mattress.

Great vacation spot
We loved the location of this property. Close to everything! Clean & plenty of space. Loved the covered porch, looking at the pond.

We will be back!
Listing is just as described. We were just for a quick trip for our sons lacrosse game so didn't get to enjoy the house as much as we would of liked but we had no issue and the property manager was quick to respond to any messages.

My husband and I enjoyed our vacation in this house. It was very close to the beach. It was spacious and well maintained . We would stay here again.

Perfect house for a girls trip
This was the perfect house to get together with the girls! It was the perfect size and the location was wonderful. Such a close walk to the beach and a very reasonable drive to Charleston!
