Canopy rooftop restaurant review: Excellent food with impeccable service provided by Shahzaib and Umair! Rooftop heat lamps made it comfortable in the winter evening. Plates were pre-heated to maintain the warmth of the food being served - great attention to detail. Definitely a must visit when in Islamabad!

The hotel is lovely and modern. Great location and spacious, clean rooms. The Canopy restaurant on the rooftop was amazing. The manager Mohmmad Ziyab was attentive and the entire staff gave great service. Food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend it!

They have poor return policy. They do not return money if you cancel your booking. This is against good bussiness policy. I recommended do not book on line other wise you will loose your money. They must return money if someone cancel his booking

Room service is excellent .Mr.Nabeel is a hard worker employee to provide excellent house keeping services but the food quality is not upro the top standard.need improvements in this area. Overall good experience..complementary fruit backer was not found in the menu

We had never stayed in a hotel in Islamabad before and are aware of the traditional expensive options available. So to find Roomy Signature on Agoda with affordable room rates and comparable standards to international hotels was quite the surprise. My parents and I needed a room for the night, our international flight arrived in Islamabad after 10pm. We had to make our way next day after I got my SIM and mobile Wi-Fi data set up. The hotel arranged the airport shuttle I requested, all good there (it’s an outsourced car rental company though, asked for driver and van details to send on to my family). Just wish it was more aged friendly as my parents have mobility issues. 1 hour from the airport to hotel and we got our room by 12.30am. We booked the quadruple/ family room, 2 double beds with plenty of space to move around with our luggage and all. Hot and cold water available, I suspect the bathroom exhaust was not working and seen the same issue mentioned by other guests. Wifi is good. There’s not much of a view but it was quiet on my side of the building which is what I had requested. There’s a supermarket, restaurants and shops nearby. Taxis are easily accessible, the bellboy helped us to get one for my trip to the Jazz service centre. Buffet breakfast was included with our room and it was delicious, with a desi, middle eastern and western spread of food items. That’s how I decided to order takeaway lunch and dinner meals from the hotel restaurant. Everything was freshly cooked and of good quality, no regrets there. In my short stay, I could tell the staff are professionals and everyone is helpful. Grateful that I have found a reliable place to stay in future, hope the hotel continues to improve.
