We (in our 30s) travelled here with a group of friends and were split up across two cabins as originally planned. This we had no problem with: the cabins were clean and even though they were small, everything seemed to work ok. We stayed on the 7th-9th July in case anyone wishes to contact us further about this. Once we arrived, the manager gave us bedding and towels for our two cabins. He had not given us enough pillowcases, so when we found out and asked he did not believe us (which he made quite clear), but did give us more. We found out we did not have enough towels on the second day when most people had showered. We asked if more towels could be brought to us as not enough were brought to us initially. He then questioned whether we really didn't have enough towels in a hostile manner, but did say he would bring us some. The manager then arrived back at our cabin and proceeded to tell us that towels would be equivalent to the cost of $1 each. Out of principle, we refused. to which he then passive aggressively said that we would have to be quiet at 11pm and left. At the time, it was 9pm and we were having dinner inside the cabins ahead of my partner's birthday the next day. Every interaction our group had with the manager was hostile. There are many lovely Norwegian hotel and camping site owners out there (in fact, everywhere else we stayed had lovely people managing the establishments), so I encourage you to stay elsewhere instead until this site reviews its staffing.
