Excellent Quality service, Location just short walk distance to 4 major site of beautiful Esfahan offer Super friendly and helpful hotel staff, from beginning we check in, until we check out all the box are ticks. Highly recommend this property for Iran experience in our short stay, it was remarkable. If I may give only suggestion was to add selection of vegetarian dishes to the menu. Definitely we recommend this property to our family and friends. Everywhere in Iran to our experiences people are super nice and helpful. Mr Hasan our transport driver from Esfahan to Shiraz was very polite, passion mature man. Try as much as he knows to explain everything each sites we pass through on the way to Shiraz. I haven't been to Iran in 25 years. This place was highly recommended and I have to say it was absolutely wonderful. Ive never been to a place that had negative floors haha and I was on -2. It was cute and cultural. And better than everything else... The staff! So kind, warm and welcoming. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The 3 ladies Saba, Mahtob and Sahel were top-notch! Anyone that is lucky enough to be taken care of by these 3 ladies should consider themselves lucky. Thank you so much!

I definitely recommend you to go, it was better than I imagined, the hotel staff were polite, friendly and lovely. The breakfast consisted of fresh ingredients and completely natural juices, completely varied I saw with my own eyes when the guests were leaving the room, the sheets were changed and cleaned In the room, they had placed free mineral water, tea and food for reception They were a pleasant farewell when they left I would like to give my loved ones a stay at this hotel

It was a great experience and wonderful stay. Everything was over our expectations. Their hospitality was perfect and we will definitely recommend staying here, the staff were very professional and paid attention to lots of details which touched our hearts. We hope to come back.

Although we always stayed at Abbasi Hotel, we wanted to try a boutique, historical home, hotel this time ... and what a WINNER ! Utterly superb ! Dating back to the Ghajjar Dynasty from early 1200's SH (1820's AD), it's a fabulous find. Literally everything was excellent .... from the entire staff, professional, courteous, and always with a smile ... to the quality of the rooms (we had the Safavieh & Mirror rooms) ... to the quality of the food. To top it off, it is just a mere 5 minute walk from the Naqsh-e Jahan Square. Can't ask for more. There is absolutely no doubt we will stay there again on our next visit. My genuine thanks to the entire staff.

The staff are super friendly, and certainly our best experience in the entire middle east , north Africa region. The hotel is tidy and clean. The breakfast buffet is mind blowing with many traditional dishes to offer a traditional culinary experience. The hotel atmosphere is calm and soothing so that you do not want to even leave that atmosphere. We will certainly return as a family of four to this hotel. Also the number of rooms are limited which gives a rather small scale friendly experience in comparison to more massive hotels. The rooms are inward facing which keeps the pollution and noise of the streets out.
