A very nice place and sumptous breakfast

Got to the hotel after explaining that I wanted to check in immediately as it was 2am and that I'd pay online to do so. Everything was agreed upon via phone call, I paid and let them know Id be there in 10 mins. When I got there I was told I couldn't check in because it was too early. After about half an hour of refusing to leave because I had paid for a room then, I was rudely flung the keys to go. The next evening there was a cockroach in my room 😭 Absolute nightmare. When I told front desk and asked if they can help me rid the roach they said no. Just told me to go to another room. When I asked for help to move my things as I was super afraid to go in the room with a roaming cockroach, I was told no and made to do it myself. It was such a horrible experience 😖 Service needs to be way better and staff need to learn to treat people with more kindness.

酒店挺乾淨舒適的，好像才裝修不久的感覺，因為還有一點點味道，東西都很新，隔音有一點稍稍不太好，隔壁小孩吵鬧的聲音可以聽見。早上四五點要趕飛機的話很友好，頭一天跟前台預約好第二天早上會有免費的shuttle bus來接。

Front desk seemed to be bothered at check-in, got into our room 1st floor couldn’t the window to lock, the bed had 4 small square pillows a d was told they had none to give out. Decided to check out the pool with my 6yr old son. The hot tub walls are all green and the light was out of its socket and dangling around, the pool seemed ok. The small confusing to find restaurant is WAY over priced! Overall not a good stay.

Was a ok stay the detail from the place was rather bad, like some of the parts of the bath was falling apart or the door to the toilet was coming apart. Bed sheets were rather raspy and uncomfortable. Pool was decent since it was inside pool my child loved it since it was a warm pool.

I had come in from Vegas. Tired, really tired. When i phoned Clarion, the lady was really helpful and sent the shuttle to get us. The driver was nice, decent.Got to Hotel quickly. Check in was smooth. Because i was very tired, it was good to see a restaurant here. The restaurant was fine too. The room was good, clean.

One of the best stays I've had. Give the two ladies at the desk a raise. They were so nice to me and that meant a lot.

staff was friendly when I asked them to move my rooms because the bed had me itching, I laid in the bed for about 15 minutes before I started getting bitten by something. I had little itchy bumps on my arms and stomach, after I was moved to another room it got better! The restaurant they have on the property was great, bar and food were too good! best part of my stay.

The staff was nice they did move us one time due to the refrigerator not working and it smelled so bad. Then the next room shower had sewer smell coming up through it - we had no hot water in the sink then the next morning we only had like warm water to shower with. I mentioned it to the staff when leaving and they noted it. Definitely a place unfortunately I would not recommend.

No hot water in 3 different rooms. Had not been able to take a hot shower in multiple rooms. Shower would go from warm to cold in a few minutes. The staff were friendly and accommodating by allowing us to change rooms but the issue was never resolved. As of that’s just the way it is. Will not stay here again.

Reception and shuttle , restaurant all quite good but didn’t have hot water for a hot shower. Let it run long time like they said and yes tried the different knob -turner- swivel -handle directions , but was obvious they just ran out and I suffered , was hoping for first real hot shower after several weeks traveling in Mexico as a backpacker with little if ever any hot water, but that was not to be the case, unfortunately.

No hot water. A lot of flights were cancelled that day so I wrote it off to lots of use at the time but still none at 4 am. Check in was smooth and quick but don’t count on the bar/restaurant too much.

Great place and close to the airport if you need to stay a night before or after your flight! The bistro in-house is pretty good too.
