The lady at the front desk was extremely rude gave me a card that didn’t even work on my door. The hotel room is in dire need of updating plumbing is bad the bathrooms look like something from 1970 light sockets falling out of the wall

Everything was great only wish they had USB ports for chargers in the room.

The place is beautiful, but I will never be back. The service was beyond slow and the front desk ladies were rude and over worked. I feel bad for them having to deal with the lack of organization.

my stayed was not too ok I just found a few things were not ok in bathroom the shower was lose water in the bathtube was not draining out it needs to be remodeling many things are old and damaged,indoor water pool too much cold

Property need a lot of renovation, there was a loud banging noise that came on about every 15 minutes,might have been airr conditioner. The soaps and conditioner was hanging on by a thread.the pillows should have been changed a while ago,all were flat.for 200$ a night i expected a little more. Theee breakfast was excellent

Beautiful hotel, room was clean. Breakfast was good. Didn’t sleep well at all, could hear traffic, honking, loud motors, airplanes etc ALL night into the morning otherwise great hotel. Beds comfortable. Staff pleasant. Pool area gets pretty crowded.

We always stay at this hotel when we travel anywhere near Dallas. It's always excellent service and friendly staff.

There were about 30 kids in the pool for 6 hours throwing kids in with all their clothes on including socks & shoes no supervision. Complained to get security or manager there to calm it down so we can maybe get in & they didn’t have either on site all day. Then kids running down the halls at 1:30 am screaming yelling it was horrible experience they need manager & control at this hotel

Hot tub was warm. A bit outdated, a/c in room was not working until maintenance came to fix, bathroom very small. Customer service was very bad from the check in to the check out.

Asked for a baby crib 9 times. Finally got one on the second day but of course they didnt bring the pad for it so it was unusable. Gave up trying to get ahold of housekeeping

The pros: Nice facility with a great attrium layout. Large comfortable room. Nice restaurant. Easy access to the highways. The cons: The bathroom has no ventilation. The shower water alternates constantly between freezing cold and scalding hot! The thermostat in the room is only cosmetic!

This hotel has roaches, not only in the room but in the pool area as well. I could never get towels and the house keeping walked in our room during our stay multiple times
