I love the location. Large room okay breakfast. But they have a rooftop bar en restaurant. Every thing you need for a hotel. I did try out some more hotels up north in chili. But most others miss the charme and are only functional. But I love after a long day or just after dinner to settle down in the bar of a hotel with a drink where it is Cousy and friendly.

Went to the bar for a drink & something to eat. I ordered a pizza, which came with ketchup n cheese. Looked delicious but tasted awful ☹️ Shouldn’t Hilton know better how to prepare a regular pizza. The drinks were great 👍

While the location is good and the staff are friendly, there were too many issues to give them a better rating or to recommend this hotel. First, we checked in and got to our room and had no wifi. After 90 minutes of the “technician” playing with his and our phones, it was decided there was a technical problem and the WiFi worked every where except inside the room…it even worked in the hall outside our door! When we were relocated, no assistance was offered. Maid service was not good. Each day we had to call for items that should have been there (e.g., toilet paper, towels, etc.). Breakfast was ok, but the food in the restaurant for dinner was awful. There really must be something better.

1: Olor a desagüe en la piscina. 2: el Inodoro desbordava. 3: Te club y lipton en una caja de Dilmah. 4: Gimnasio en reparaciones , no se pudo usar ,No se fue avisado previamente , ante esto la recepcionista groseramente le dice a mi papá que vaya a trotar a la playa. 5: Excremento de paloma en las ventanas del ascensor .

Hice una reserva con desayuno y cuando llego acá me indican que no está incluido, pedimos servicio de hoteles.com y del Hilton

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, pero con el paso de los años algunas instalaciones se van deteriorando y no hay buena mantención. En mi habitación el lavamanos estaba trizado y en la de mis hijas el agua de la ducha no evacuaba bien y se salía hasta la puerta del baño. La piscina es bastante pequeña y el bar del último piso es en extremo ruidoso y poco agradable. Por último, hay un Starbucks en el lobby, pero su variedad de productos es limitada. Sólo muffins y café, no hay sandwiches, pasteles ni jugos.

Bonito lugar, higiénico , confortable. La calidad de los servicios de comida son bastante buenos aunque demasiado lento a la hora de almuerzo. Las almohadas las encontré muy incómodas , muy delgadas para mi gusto . Las dependencias comunes son cómodas y agradables .
