Overall for this hotel location is OKAY,and i have already repeated for many times to stayed at here for my working trips,but this few time for stayed got a little bit disappointed because i am booking a non-smoking room,but this few times when i was check in the staff was informed said non-smoking room is full,so i just can check in to the smoking room,but i felt no good because i already had mention when i was booking i want a non-smoking room,and i stayed at the smoking room for one night I can’t sleep well,because the smell of smoking is strong,and it cause I can’t focusing for the next day.Before that i can rate it’s as 4/5,but after this few times i just can gave it as 3/5,and also for this hotel got a member price,but I don’t understand why the membership price is more expensive than you booking through agoda or etc,and the membership fees is took RM50/year🤡
