khách sạn rất chuyên nghiệp. Các phòng rất lớn và đẹp. Các nhân viên thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp. Chỉ là khách sạn này quá cũ kỹ, cũ kỹ. Nội thất, thảm, nhà vệ sinh rất cũ. Bữa sáng tự chọn thật tuyệt vời, họ có nhiều loại thực phẩm tươi và ngon hơn.

Tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ rất thú vị. Mặc dù khách sạn đã khá cũ nhưng nó vẫn được duy trì tốt. Thích view khách sạn 😍

Old hotel but the cleanliness was good. Room was quite good for the price that I paid. Only downside was the parking at the basement without lift. It's a bit troublesome for an old man or disable person to use staircase to the lobby. Air condition was superb. Bath towel was a good quality but without hand and face towel. 1 unit of hotel lift under constructions and the drilling noise start at 10.00am.

The room was spacious and comfy. I love the room & hallways fragrance. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. However, 1 thing I don’t like it that much is that the room was a bit dark in the evening. Could have added more lights. There were not many sockets as well. Only 2 next to the bed but I need to unplug the lamps to use.

ask counter staff send foods to room.say cannot, after cafe close.at 10pm ask.what also.cannot.give, equipment in the gym spoilt ot missing, this is a.hopeless hotel. i wonder why hotel management cannot do anything to improve it.

Once a branded hotel now run down, the 24 hrs gym, all equipment spoilt, thread mill cannot turn on, dumb bells so little and not complete, staff service also bad, order food ask to deliver to room say cannot, ask for ice say dont have, terrible!!! Sorry first time and last, won't come back ever.

i love my stay here, the location is near to my site office.. within 5 minit walking distance.. sure will booked the hotel again

Check in experience was good. Friendly staff... Was great to receive a small piece of cake. When I mention that it was my sister's birthday... Room was spacious. Clean and nice with city view..... Parking has ample space at basement and outside hotel.... Easy access to shopping areas.. And eateries. Within 5 mins by car... Marble floors. Walls are something unique about this hotel... Price very reasonable for d location..

This is the place where i felt safe when i go to Ipoh. As usually the front office always excellent, no deposit because i already settle the payment before, but have to pay 2 night tourism tax cost rm6. As enter the spacious room with king size bed, the linen was comfy and clean. Also got bath tub and rain shower. But i realise the ventilation fan not working. Lotion, syampoo and shower gel attached to the wall. No tooth brush. 2 free water bottle per day. Got iron and iron board, the wardrobe was big. Got hair dryer and refrigerator. I also order the room service which it cost me rm17 nett. Beef lasagna with salad, desert and free drink. Not bad. Will come again to this hotel if i come to Ipoh.😁

First of all, thanks to maintenance team for the the best support in ensuring the aircond working perfectly. Unfortunately, the problem still persist even we had change the room - cam duduk dalam sauna gais.. 🤭 Next issue is peep hole kat door, ada tisu sumbat dekat hole tu.. wonder on how the do their housekeeping 🤭 Last issue is the room & corridor smell.. macam bau smoke pon ada Eh ada lagi satu issue, the hotel parking.. scary gais .. sorry to say Hope impiana can improve better in the future sbbnya last i came impiana was in 2015. After 10 years, stiil the same condition?

This hotel is very convenient because next to the hotel, there are restaurants and cafe where can get food. Also, the food in hotel is nice too.
