Semua kemudahan asas tersedia, menjadikannya tempat yang selesa untuk berehat selepas seharian berjalan di sekitar Ipoh. Salah satu tarikan utama di sini ialah kolam renang dan taman air yang sesuai untuk keluarga, terutamanya bagi mereka yang membawa anak-anak.
