Hyatt Place Iowa City Downtown

酒店位置還不錯，去downtown和學校比較方便。 房間寬敞整潔，但空調聲音有點響。 早餐品種不太多。 前台和服務員友好，打掃是隔天做，不是每天。

스태프들이 매우 친절했고 요청사항에 대해서 즉시 대응해줘서 매우 고마웠다. 위치는 다운타운 중심에 있어 편의시설이 많다. 객실은 매우 청결했다.

We stayed for admitted student day. Usually stay in Coralville during visits and a similarly priced hotel but decided to try hotel closer to campus. Pluses- convenient for campus activities and walkable, clean, friendly staff, heated underground parking which was easy to navigate, and liked all the windows in the specialty room. Did I mention clean? Really appreciated that. Breakfast was a let down compared to other hotel we were used to, (didn’t keep it stocked well, ran out of coffee, hot options and taste disappointing) and size of room also smaller. But all in all, we have already made reservations at this hotel for June during u of I orientation. We found a great breakfast alternative to walk to for future visits (bread garden cafe egg bowl). Didn’t use pool or gym but they were clean and adequate, too.

Loved how walkable this hotel location was to restaurants, shopping, and campus buildings. The hotel is a bit dated in general but location was great. Always felt extremely safe in this downtown area near and around the hotel!

The lounge area with TVs were ideal for March Madness games. The complimentary coffee and breakfast was great. The bathroom fan needed a good dusting.

Great stay. Bed was comfortable, rooms nice and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Only complaint is the doors to the room slam shut. We kept hearing doors slamming all night and into the morning.

Overall we had a great stay and would stay again. One improvement needed is the service in the breakfast area. Cleanup of the eating area needed attention. Dirty dishes were stacked high and the tables needed cleaning.
