Recently stayed in the premier inn inshes . Went into brewers fayre, well what can I say. The women that served me is against Irish(racist) as she doesn’t think that’s a proper I.d because it’s irish. Seen a rat aswell by the kitchen door. Size of a small cat. Discusting

A pleasant comfortable stay. Hotel was clean,well appointed staff were friendly helpful. Meals were off good quality good choice, service and the staff were friendly The wife's gluten free requirement was met.shehad a reasonable choice, and staff were knowledgeable about the gluten free issues.

These beds are super comfy and the hotel was really clean, there was ample parking at the hotel and a nice little touch was the coffee, tea, sugar and milk were on a stand in reception so it saved you having to ask for extras all the time as I like a lot of milk in my tea

A 3 night stay with no sleep. Absolutely Shocking. Bed sheets ripped, shower mouldy. Mattress terrible. Would not recommend. Quality of food in adjoining restaurant not good, small portions and poor service. Put us off of Premier Inn for life - will not return or recommend.

£49 for the night, extremely good value for money. Bear this in mind when reading any negative reviews. I have only one complaint and that relates to the on-site restaurant. I had invited friends over for dinner at 7pm. Around 8.45 we were informed that last orders were being taken at the bar and by 9 we were out on the street. Have we travelled back to the 60's ? I feel that we should have been informed of that when we booked the table. We would definitely have gone somewhere else. Everything else was absolutely fine. Room spotless, staff friendly, breakfast really good. Checkout time of 12 noon, excellent! I'll definitely go back, I'll just eat somewhere else. Oh, and while I remember, the WIFI is only good if you pay for the upgrade.

Have stayed in this hotel a few times when travelling to Inverness with work. It's a good location with parking. It's next to a brewers fayre and I normally do the meal deal for ease. I find a premier inn great value and always get a good sleep. my only complaint is no bath as I love a bath after a busy day at work. My low mark is for the staff at the restaurant which I know is separate but unfortunately when you buy the meal deal through hotel it comes as a package and I feel reflects on hotel. I asked for vegetarian sausages for breakfast and I waited over 30 min for it. I actually think they went out and bought it. I don't know how many times I asked and the girl who was so rude. When she eventually brought the sausage over there was no apology for it taking so long. She was argumentative when I said it wasn't acceptable just to throw it on my table. The manager did apologise the next day and made sure the sausages were served quicky.
