Welcome to our luxurious vacation retreat! Our property accommodates up to 16 guests with the following sleeping arrangements: 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, a bunk bed with full and twin mattresses, 2 twin day beds, and a queen sofa bed. Additionally, there’s a twin trundle bed, a twin sofa pullout, and several twin and full floor pads for extra sleeping space. *16 guests would be using all of the sleeping spaces*Our property features a well equipped gym with a treadmill, stationary bike, rower, weights, and an innovative addition - an infrared light therapy bed. This cutting-edge bed offers a multitude of benefits, including reducing pain and inflammation, improving circulation, promoting relaxation, enhancing skin health, and boosting overall well-being. Experience the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation in our state-of-the-art light therapy bed, making your stay with us a truly rejuvenating experience like no other.Do you like to play pickleball? We have an area on the front driveway that will allow you to play 'skinnies' -one-on-one. We will provide the net, paddles, and balls.If basketball is your game...we have a hoop and ball for that too.There is an outdoor kitchen w/gas grill and flat top cooking. Downstairs we have a bar, pool table, ping pong table, full-size shuffleboard, darts, pinball machine, arcade machine.This kitchen is fully stocked and has settings for 20 people. We offer both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience. You'll find a ground coffee pack for each day of your stay, along with some Keurig pods. We also provide sugar, sweeteners and a few creamers to make your morning coffee just the way you like it.Playpen and high chair provided. You will have access to a 2 car garage for parking as well as ample driveway parking.** Quiet hours on Friday and Saturday begin at 10 pm and 8:30 pm on Sun - Thur. Please do not use the hot tub after quiet hours. There is a $250 fine for violating these rules. The main level is also equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience.Basement Entertainment: Head downstairs to find a fully equipped entertainment area complete with a shuffleboard table, bar area, and a large TV for movie nights. The basement also includes two additional fully furnished bedrooms, board games, and toys to keep the kids entertained.Outdoor Space: The large, private yard features breathtaking mountain views, a propane barbecue, comfortable patio furniture, and plenty of space for outdoor games.Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to ensure comfortable cooking home-away-from-home, including coffee options for all levels of coffee enthusiasts. There is no shortage of sleeping space with one king-sized bed, two queen-sized beds, and two twin beds. Each of the three full baths are equipped with shampoo, condition, and body soap, as well as a hairdryer both upstairs and downstairs. Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, including the 3-car garage. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large outdoor space. The only restricted areas are the locked shed on the side of the house and two locked cabinets within the house used to store supplies for cleaning and restocking. The home also offers easy self-check-in with a keypad for a smooth arrival.Other things to noteEnjoy free coffee, a fully stocked spice set, and all necessary essentials like laundry detergent, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent to make your stay as seamless as possible.For families with young children, we provide a pack-n-play to ensure comfort for your little ones.Parking: Comfortably park 2 cars in the garage, 2 more in the driveway, and another 2 in the cul-de-sac.
