It’sfairly basic but it’s my favorite place to go because it’s so quiet and cool in the summer. If you usethe house during the winter, the basement can be colder than the rest of the house with the current HVAC setup so you should not bank comfortably sleeping down there in the winter months. We have THE TABLE ROCK AIRPORT just a mile away and at the airport you want to make sure to check out the DEPOT DINER. People who live along the runway have their own airplane hangars. It’s quite a site to see. If you would like, you can fly into the airport to get to the house!Of course because of the lake we have countless lake fun things to do and I’m sure you are aware of that. However, there are so many things nearby that I want to share with you.
