A fenced in yard with an outdoor shower, bbq and patio set. The house has air conditioning, TV and full cable package. Beach pass for Shelter Cove Marina. Beach chairs included. Bed linens and towels NOT provided. I do provide duvets and pillow. One dog allowed and $100 pet fee. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably..
