Bring your fishing gear, there is a stainless fish cleaning table. Apartment is NON SMOKING Inside , but smoking is allowed outside on the property. I have 3 small pets which you may see occasionally. Pets live upstairs and only go outside to potty. If you have a small pet (dog) that is housebroken and gets along with others it is welcome to come on vacation with you. Please bring what you need to clean up after your pet goes potty. Cleaning up poop is not part of the cleaning fee. NOTE- There is not a fence around the pool or waterfront bulkhead to protect pet from falling in water. You may want to bring leash, kennel or pet play pen to keep your pet safe. Pets sometime will chase birds on the bulkhead and pier which could cause them to accidentally fall in water.
