From the side lawn, and stone steps you will find access to the rocky Maine coast. We suggest wearing shoes as the Maine coast can be a bit rugged, and steep, but it is worth the quick adventure to dip your feet in the surf and enjoy finding sea creatures in the tide pools and seaweed. Back inside, around the corner from the living room is a cozy den, ready to charm you with its vibrant furniture and décor; certainly a great spot to cozy up watching the large flat-screen TV, reading a book, writing postcards home, or just relax in between adventures on the couch or the two cushioned chairs. Open the sliding glass doors to catch the ocean breeze.Down the hall on the left is the ocean-facing, primary bedroom, with access to the deck through the sliding glass door, a perfect spot to step out and enjoy a cup of coffee as the sunrise over the harbor will take your breath away. It has a well, with a water filtration system, and is tested regularly once a year.
