Accommodation OverviewThe home is an 850 square foot upstairs duplex consisting of one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room and eat in kitchenette. There is a private outside entrance and designated parking on site with security monitoring of the parking area. Sleeping arrangementsThe bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a full size murphy bed. Kitchenette The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and griddle. There is also a table with 4 chairs and a bar with three stools for extra seating. Temperature ControlNew and improved with upgraded HVAC zoning allowing guests to control the upstairs temperature with a separate thermostat. We also understand that sometimes all of the guests in a party may not agree on the temperature setting, so we added items to help with individual comfort. A portable electric fireplace is located in the living room, and you are welcome to move it to your preferred space. A small, personal heater and a personal fan are located in the bedroom closet.
