The outdoor space of this boat is great! The large front deck has chairs for comfy seating. The upper deck has patio furniture, perfect to enjoy the evening views. (Furniture is subject to change as we have lost items due to weather conditions) Inside you will find a king size bed, kitchen area with fridge/microwave and kcup coffee maker. The front living area had a table and two stools. While there is a bathroom on the boat, we ask this is used sparingly as the systems are sensitive. We have a a BRAND NEW bathhouse that was built at our dock. There are three full bathrooms with regular size showers, toilets and sinks. Just steps away from the boat. Reminder, this is a boat on the water, in a marina. There are other houseboats and personal boats in the marina. The boats do not move from the dock, but simply camping on the water! Depending on the weather, there can be movement. There can also be different kinds of wildlife and bugs. This is similar to camping, but on the water! Our centrally located home is the perfect spot for a family vacation, a girls weekend, fishing trip or just exploring the outdoors in this fantastic region. We have all new bedding, new furniture, new appliances, including a new washer and dryer for you to use, along with various other updates. We love this location, which is directly across from Lakeview Park, playground, and the beach area. You will be 1 mile from the Jet Express and all the shops, restaurants, bars on and around Madison St. Be sure to check out Fisherman's Wharf, the Port Clinton Lighthouse, and take a walk along the Portage River. Remember, Port Clinton is THE Walleye capital of the world, so there are plenty of top quality charters near. A short drive will get you to Camp Perry, state parks and nature preserves, Liberty Aviation Museum, the drive thru African Safari Wildlife Park, Catawba Island, Miller's Ferry and the Marblehead Lighthouse. Take a day trip to Kelleys Island or South Bass Island and visit Put-In-Bay aka the Key West of the North. Cedar Point, Kalahari and Sandusky are about 20 miles away.
