We have 3 bedrooms upstairs plus extra sleeping space in the den and first floor extra private room. There are 3 full bathrooms, one private master bathroom, 1 shared bathroom on 2nd floor and one full on the main floor. THE COMMUNITYSpinnler Point has full lake access including 4 “areaways” (private beaches) with lawn and picnic areas, docks and boat slips as well as two boat launches. Boat rentals are nearby. The boat slip is a 10 minute walk, /(.3 miles)/ 1500 ft. from the house or drive and park if space is available. Boats are limited to 23 feet and Pontoons/sailboats are 26 feet. Any boat that is rented should make sure meets these criteria. You will need to provide registration information for both boat and trailer before arriving as well as make/model of any rented boat once it's picked up. Depending on the weather, the lake levels may come up higher than that making the docks hard to access as their walkways will be underwater. We do our best to make sure they are accessible, but we cannot always get to them on demand. Fall – Water levels will be lowest, and docks will start to be removed from the lake until the spring. Boats can still be docked, water levels at the end of the docks are still acceptable for boat docking. Winter – Lake usually freezes, and ice fishing is popular.
