Newly listed in late July 2022. 1919 Historical California bungalow with new furnishings. Come enjoy the historic home near other historical homes including a Frank Lloyd Wright home. We are 1 block from Millikin University close to downtown and dining. It is a 3 bedroom with new beds in each bedroom has a Smart wifi tv with cinema hd downloaded for free movies. 55 inch wifi TV wall mounted in living room and a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. Plenty of on property parking with room for 6 vehicles. Fenced in front yard with appealing front porch to enjoy the breeze. Keypad entry with security cameras on the outside of house. Garage is not accessible as it is being used for lawn mower and storage etc. I am a former graduate and record holding athlete in football/ track and field at Millikin University 88-92 and a lifetime resident of Decatur and highly involved in the community.
