Pinnacle Prominade, Hogs game, Bentonville Biking, Crystal Bridges, Wal-Mart, JB Hunt, Tyson, etc. It's all easy access from Lakewood Lounge since we're only 2 miles off of I-49! Then once you've settled in for the evening you'll enjoy a cozy and well furnished home in a quiet neighborhood!Lakewood Lounge is a 3 bedroom, 2 full-bathroom, single story home in a quiet family friendly community. As you arrive to the home you'll find a lightly sloped driveway that easily accommodates 2 cars and a 2-car garage that's perfect for storing your bikes & motorcycles. As you enter the home you're greeted with an open concept living, kitchen, dining area. This is ideal for enjoying your time as a group and allows for everyone to interact together. The living room is well lit and furnished with comfortable seating, soft rug, and a 55' Roku smart TV for streaming your favorite shows or games. We also have a basket of games if you'd like to give the screen time a break. In the far nook of the living room you'll find a dedicated work space with desk and office chair because we know that sometimes work has to come with you. From the living you open right up to the fully stocked kitchen that can accommodate all of your cooking needs. We have plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking dishes, small and large appliances, etc. We also have a beverage bar with coffee and tea for your enjoyment. Beside the kitchen is a large dining area with seating for 4. We also have barstools at the kitchen island to allow for additional seating.The master bedroom is located in the back of the home, has plenty of space and a large walk in closet. You'll find an incredibly comfortable queen size bed and a smart TV for streaming those favorite shows from bed. The master bedroom also has an en-suite full bathroom with a large walk-in shower and granite counter tops. Bedroom 2 & 3 are located down the hallway off of the living room and share a full bathroom accessed from the hallway as well. The full bath has a tub/shower combo and plenty of towels for everyone. Bedroom 2 has a Full size bed & Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed. Both are very accommodating and cozy beds!In the laundry room we leave a few pods & dryer sheets for guests in case you need to take care of some laundry while you're away. We also have an iron and ironing board if needed. Then once you've settled in for the evening you'll enjoy a new, cozy, well furnished home in a quiet neighborhood!As you arrive to Park View Place you're greeted with a beautiful new construction home in a great neighborhood! The driveway is flat and can easily accommodate 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles are welcome to street park. Stepping into the home you'll find an open entryway where you can drop your shoes and hang your coats. The entry leads into the open concept living/kitchen/dining area where the whole group can hang out and enjoy great company. The living room has a comfy couch and love seat where you can lounge and enjoy the large ROKU smart TV and cozy up to the gas fireplace on those cold nights. Gravitating to the beautiful brand new kitchen you'll find it fully stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs. Enjoy drip or Keurig coffee on us! We also have a large pantry for plenty of food storage during your stay. Our dining room accommodates 6 guests so the whole group can fit around the table for meals. With the large sliding glass doors there's plenty of natural light pouring into the whole kitchen/dining area. As you step out of those glass doors onto the covered patio you've got 4 cushioned patio chairs surrounding a propane fire pit so you can soak in the great outdoors while you stay. We also have a gas grill for guest use and a large, fully fenced, flat back yard.Stepping back inside I'll take you to the oversized master suite located separate from the other two bedrooms. Here you'll find a cozy king size bed, ROKU smart tv, rocking chair, dresser drawers, tray ceiling and more. The master bathroom has dual sinks, walk in shower, shower soaps, a large walk in closet and of course plenty of bath linens. At the front of the home you'll find bedrooms 2 & 3. Bedroom 2 has a plush queen size bed, ROKU smart TV, dresser drawers and a walk in closet. Bedroom 3 has two twin size beds, dresser drawers, double door closet and a dedicated work space. Inside the closet off bedroom 3 you'll find lots of fun games, cards & kids toys! Accessed from the hallway you'll find the second bathroom which bedrooms 2 & 3 share. This bathroom is fully stocked with bath linens, shower soaps, etc.And of course we can't forget the 2 car garage which we have setup as a game room with a basketball arcade, air hockey table, corn hole boards, bike rack and 4 bikes that you're welcome to enjoy! We also keep a high chair and stroller in the garage if you're traveling with the little ones. We look forward to hosting you at Park View Place.Guests will have access to the entire home (minus cleaners closets) and yard. The garage is setup as a game room and we ask that no vehicles be pulled into the garage. Bicycles only. We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Welcome to our newly remodeled industrial-themed home. It is located in the heart of NWA. We are close to the interstate making you minutes away from the AMP, Top Golf, the Pinnacle Dining, entertainment, shopping mall, museums, parks and much more! If you get lucky, you’ll see why we are called “The Station” and hear the Choochoos. The SteamPunk Station is 3 bed, 2 bath home that gives a luxurious and antique feel while being comfortably furnished. Make yourself at home and relax in the living room cozied up by the fireplace. Want to have a movie night in? We have streaming entertainment all set up for you to watch. Enjoy a home cooked meal using the supplied kitchen with pots, pans, cooking and baking ware, Tupperware and everything you may need. You can store refrigerated items or left overs in the new Stainless steel Samsung fridge. You’ll find many options in our coffee + tea station. In the living room there is a desk area that allows you to get any work done. We have also provided a work out station with basic equipment. The fenced backyard offers a deck with seating area to sip your morning coffee or enjoy those evening drinks.Each bedroom offers a plush mattress that will have you wanting to sleep in! Since we are close to the train tracks, we provide earplugs and sound machines for you to be able to do so. You’ll find a King size bed in the Master Suite and a Queen bed in each of the other 2 bedrooms. We have 2 cots available upon request for any extra guests. You will find 2 full bathrooms. The Master suite has it’s own private bathroom while the other bathroom is located in the hallway. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and toiletries. Forget something? We are fully stocked with any basic needs you may have. Host is nearby and available.
