Just minutes from Skiing, hiking, biking, breweries, wineries & more. The cabin has 3 bedrooms , a loft area with beds and a ground level walk out. The property is on 4+ acres. There is an outdoor fire pit, outdoor picnic table & BBQ for you and your guests to enjoy. Enjoy all the amazing nearby activities or just enjoy hanging in. The house is fully equipped, with everything you may need. You will walk in to an open floor space with vaulted ceilings and 2 sets of sliders, windows all around & skylights. As soon as you walk you will have the sense of being perched in a beautiful tree house. The open floor plan has a living room with a wood burning fireplace, built in dining nook area that seats 8 and kitchen with an island for 2. There are 3 Bedrooms located on the main floor. The Master suite has a King bed, private bathroom with shower & Smart TV. Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed with a Queen bed on the bottom & full bed on top bunk & a Smart TV. Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed as well with a full bed on bottom & twin on top. On the main floor, there is a full bathroom with tub and shower combination. There are 2 sets of sliders off the back of the house that lead to the wrap around deck. We have a picnic table that seats at least 8. You can enjoy rocking away on one of the 4 rocking chairs located on the deck as well. In the front of the house you will find an outdoor fire pit perfect for making smores and enjoying a glass of wine while you star gaze. Also enjoy a game of Baci ball on the Baci ball court located up front.The loft was recently added. This room has a modern wrought iron ladder to go up with a gate closure for safety. This room offers a chill vibe with beds on the floor and fur accents. There are 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds and a window for more views. On the ground level we have a huge comfy sofa. There is a Smart TV with WIIu if you enjoy video games. Enjoy the pool table that also acts as a ping pong table. We have tons of games to enjoy. The ground level also offers a full bathroom. Also we are close to Phoenicia for some great tubing. Woodstock is about 30 minutes. Please check rates with owner because they fluctuate according to season and availability.
