Enjoy mountain & road biking nearby, including single-track mtn. biking in Annadel State Park.Other local parks: Jack London State Park; Sugarloaf Ridge State Park. (Both parks are also ideal for hiking, picnicking.) At our home, we use biodegradable cleaning products. We also compost and recycle as much as possible. (We are three miles up the hill from Hwy 12, so there is no regular garbage/recycling pickup service.)Our home is not suitable for parties or events, due to the rural well & septic system.
