The condo is located in the Rocky Mountains and borders the San Isabel National Forest and there is A LOT of wildlife (Bears, Deer, Elk, etc.) in the immediate area. PLEASE BE ALERT AND AWARE of your surroundings at all times (especially at night). We strongly suggest bringing and carrying BEAR SPRAY. CHARCOAL GRILLS or FIRE PITS ARE NOT ALLOWED!
