Its best for solo travelers or couples looking to explore Charleston and hang out on Folly beach. You can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes and walk to 10+ beach restaurants in less than 3. As close at it is to the beach, shopping, restaurants; the street is very quiet; at night you'll only be able to hear the waves or someone singing/playing guitar in the distance. This place comes with 1 assigned parking spot. Folly is the best place on earth and you won't find a better location for the money. Welcome to the "Spirit of Folly", a vacation rental that embodies the long history of the Folly Beach community. This tri-plex, 2 short blocks (100 yards) to the beach and 5 blocks from restaurants, bars, and shopping, was built in the mid 20th century and renovated in 2022. The two-bedroom one bath unit has two luxurious king beds and an expansive backyard with classic old oaks providing shade. For a more spacious shower (small shower inside) use the enclosed outdoor shower behind unit C and shared by both units. Walk out the back yard for direct access to the City Park, with a playground, tennis & basketball courts, and a dog park. The unit boasts a full kitchen and multiple off-street parking spots (front and back). Please note you will need to navigate two steps down to access the property. Not enough room? Rent Unit C to double the size.
