A huge, professionally decorated, luxurious retreat with multiple family rooms that is located oceanside in the heart of Fenwick Island.Built in 2009 by Delaware's premier builder Zonko Builders, this enormous ocean-block retreat has 3 individual suites in one huge 6,300 square foot house.This house is immaculately clean and very well maintained.Each suite includes a gas fireplace, hardwood flooring, multiple porches & decks and the use of a private, 12 person, 900 gallon hot tub with 47 jets that is serviced weekly. Once you park your car, you can literally walk everywhere.The top floor suite has 5 bedrooms, a huge great room with kitchen, a large screened in porch, sunroom, a rooftop deck with ocean views and sleeps 12 people.
