We are just minutes from area attractions If you enjoy hiking, waterfalls, gem mining, snow tubing, rafting, fishing, riding motorcycles, and beautiful scenery this is the place for you! We are centrally located between Franklin and Highlands/Cashiers. We are just minutes from Dry Falls and Bridal Veil Falls. The closest grocery store is 6 minutes away. Downtown Franklin is 8 minutes away with shopping, eating, and breweries. We are just 45 minutes from the Cherokee casino and 10 minutes from the Smoky Mountain Performing Arts Center! There are a lot of hiking trails in the area as well. Standing Indian Trail Peak, Nantahala National Forest, Wayah Bald Fire Tower, and Bartram Trail just to name a few. We offer a fully equipped kitchen should you choose to eat in or just relax and go downtown to grab something from one of the local restaurants and take a stroll through all of the quaint little shops! We like to refer to this property as Turtle Haven. It is named in a tribute to our parents.
