The newly resurfaced pool stays warm year-round as it receives direct sunlight the whole day.Kitchen and Living Area: The Shark Tank’s living area includes a Roku/Xfinity TV service where guests can sign in and watch using their favorite streaming services. This area includes various board games for your entertainment! The Kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking necessities including a full set of pots, pans, oven pans, cutting boards, utensils, a knife set, and basic spices. Just show them your card and they will set up chairs and umbrellas for you. If you need extra chairs they can provide those as well for an additional fee. Enjoy the most beautiful beaches on Florida’s Atlantic Coast! If you'd like to bring your boat along on your trip, you can dock directly at our home for a $1000 docking fee. The dock is 90 feet (and has power). It's connected directly to the Intracoastal with no fixed bridges. There are built in ladders on the dock, however we are not equipped with a lift.
