The hot tub is a perfect place to relax and look at the peaceful lake. Point Chautauqua is a historic neighborhood which features beautiful tree lined streets and breath taking sunsets. The community features a community swimming area, lakeside playground and park with tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. You will see more golf carts than cars on the quiet streets in the neighborhood. The only lake access for the property is the community swimming area. The cabin is on 130 acres of wooded land. There are marked trails. There is also a small creek just a short walk away. The cabin has been renovated and is very cozy. There is a fire pit and picnic table. The deck over looks the woods and has a bench to sit and listen to the birds. The cabin is very private.
