The layout remains the same, with a fully-equipped open kitchen/dining/living room area, cozy bedroom with comfortable queen-sized bed and a beautifully-tiled bathroom with new fixtures. It boasts a lovely porch deck, from which you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine while watching the sunset. It also has newly-installed, solar-powered air conditioning and heating throughout the apartment.
